Today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at KFC and I usually love to eat there. The food was flat out terrible. I always order a Famous Bowl and this was the driest mess I’ve ever been served. Four nuggets tossed in, barely any cheese, maybe a tablespoon of gravy, stale corn and old mashed potatoes. It was disgusting. I wished I could throw it away.
What made it worse was the service. I went inside to order and not one person would even look at me. The man in front of me asked if anyone could take his order and they stood there acting like he wasn’t even speaking English. I finally gave up and had to go through the drive thru. There wasn’t a single car in line and they still took forever to take my order. Thanks for nothing Deyonte and other workers on August 16th at 7:24pm...
This place was a complete embarrassment. From the food to the service it was pathetic. If this is what KFC is now, you’ve lost me as a customer.
