Had late breakfast with my husband today at Kite and Keys on Franklin. This was our first visit and highly recommend. Large portion size (too much food), great taste, cute Americana atmosphere, reasonable prices, and good waitress Grace.

While the establishment has a solid foundation in its food / server area , the toxic management dynamic makes it difficult to recommend. The lack of basic respect shown to employees and the consistently poor demeanor toward customers are issues that management needs to address immediately. A restaurant's success is defined by more than just its menu; it is defined by the leadership's ability to create a professional, positive, and welcoming atmosphere. . As someone who frequently interacts with the public, I know that professional conduct starts at the top, and this establishment needs to make immediate managerial corrections to ensure its long-term viability." Just my opinion , however , I’m 100% sure , I’m not the only one who sees it from the two people who call themselves management . Thanks , I and several of my friends will not return until the atmosphere changes . Good luck

We went with a group of 8. It is a small place so we expected a wait. We were told 15 min. After an hour, and watching table after table sit, I asked and they did not consider putting tables together to seat us. We left after an hour and 15 minutes. We love the food but not waiting that long for it

I am from Arkansas and myself and six friends flew in to watch by buddies horses run at Ellis Park. We decided to try Kite and Key for breakfast and it was fantastic. The food was great, but what I was most impressed with was the service.
We were greeted at the door by a young lady named Olivia, who seated us and took our drink orders. She was amazing, and I thank the management for giving her the opportunity. Our waitress Lexi was also awesome and all of the girls seemed to support Olivia. I can honestly say, seeing all of this restored a little faith in humanity. The owners and managers of this establishment are to be commended, and I highly recommend the food and urge you to support their values.

It's a bit crowded. Its very popular It's not a very big place. The food was good. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because it was a bit crowded for me. It's a me issue.

Waited over 30 mins for a table for the 6 of us. And it was fiven to a party of two right before the other party of two sat at the table finished their meal. When we asked about it we were given a bs explanation and we left! Just know for parties of more than 4 this place is not it!

We visited on a Saturday morning and they were very busy but the food was delicious and well worth the wait. Our waitress apologized for the kitchen delay and kept our drinks full.

Went 2 mornings in a row!! I love it. The food is great. Staff was friendly. The building is very very small, so you're kinda bunched up, but outdoor seating is available.

Went on the 4th of July and the food was amazing got to sit outside and it was a beautiful time

Everything was hot and delicious on a beautiful day outside! The crepes are always my favorite and their fruit was very fresh!
