We had ordered 40 pieces of chicken for a family reunion on October 8. Ordered 10 days earlier. Checked back with the store 5 days in advance and no one there. Doors lock. Waited 2 days and tried again. Was assured all would be well and the chicken would be ready. Well fast forward to Saturday at 1100 when we went to pick up the chicken was told that an employee had left the freezer door open over night and they had no chicken. That left us in a lurch. Do you think someone could of called us to tell us? NO. I would sure like to here your response to this problem. Thank you in advance, Darlene Linberg.

The tale of two cities. I first ordered a meal that was not what it was supposed to be. The manager....Crystal made everything right. My greatest respects to her. She made sure I was no longer disappointed. She needs to be commended for her actions. She could have turned her head away and just did the normal thing. She asked if we wanted a drink while we were waiting.....and then brought our meal out to us with a formal apology. There is little personal customer service anymore...but she exemplified just that. Total customer service. This is why we will be back.

I used to love this place. Tonight I had a piece of fish 2 hushpuppies and a side order of gizzard.$19.5 0. No drink, no sides $19.50. It taste doughy and like old oil. So disappointing.

I spent $40.00 for 8 pcs chicken and lg.order of chicken livers. There was no legs in my order, nor did I get any rolls. The chicken livers was $8.99 and I only got six, hate to see what a small order Is. To top it off all of it was cold.I usually go to Lee,s 2 or 3 or 3 times a month and usually always small order and same price.WELL you can kiss that $40.00 goodbye cause I won't be back. Eventdently you don't know how to treat your customers.

The last several times I have gone to Lee's on st. Joe evansville indiana I have received orders I didn't place and every single time the buns for sandwiches are far to small and taste bad. The chicken and potatoes wedges are cold. Please get a more quality bun please. I loved the shredded BBQ chicken sandwich they used to have in summer but the bun ruins it. I have always ordered the pot pie but the last time I ordered it, it was burned. Got the fish and it was one small gross piece of frozen fish. Just wow! If I pay $10 for lunch please make it tolerable. I may never return and I used to love this place. Sorry just try.

Used to love this place. Food tastes great. Took a break due to some poor management, went back when I was told things had turned around. Went there 4 times in 2 weeks. Three times the dining room door was locked, middle of the day. One time I can understand. Two times I will try due to good food quality. Three times is completely unacceptable

I live in Henderson Kentucky we had a Lee's Chicken there years ago but they closed down. So when we went to visit our son in Evansville I was excited when I seen they had a Lee's Chicken. We went through and got several meals each one of them were very good. I will definitely go back again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Lee's Chicken. Thank you Lee's Chicken for such a good dinner.
Waited while the person at register ignored us. Ordered a #2 and #3 and he brings out a completely different order. Then brings my sandwich with nothing on it and just overall horrible experience.

The hole crew walked that dayEveryone there was called inThey didn't have anything to start withThey handled it professionallyAnd got us out of as quickly as possibleWith great foodBut,The cook came out and got my receipt to make sure that he got my order right.It was wrong, I ordered a two PC. Dark meat meal with two thighs, mashed potatoes wl gravy and macaroni and cheese.I got a leg and a thing and the cook had my receiptCouldn't take it back

I will NOT be going here again. I was at the drive thru at 10am and they don't open until 10:30am. The man came out to go to his car and let me know that he was the only cook and that it would be 30mins before my fish would be cooked. I said that was fine and he asked me to pull into on of the waiting spots. So about 11:15 am I noticed several cars going through getting their orders and about 11:30am I went to the window and asked why was I the first one and I still hadn't received my fish. I was then told that they were going to drop the fish now. I said that I was the first one there and why did I have to wait to be served after seeing several cars getting their chicken. They didn't have a good enough excuse for me so when they brought my fish out to me I told them that I've been coming here faithfully for several years and that they are going to miss a great customer, because I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. My mom loves their chicken and I love their fish, but that business has gone down in the last few months. And I mean what I said I WON'T GO BACK.

I never leave reviews but have to this time. Stopped Sunday evening around 7:30 at St. Joe location. Is it normal to get 5 wings, 1 breast, 1 thigh and 1 leg in an 8 piece bucket? Felt it had been sitting there a long time.

Literally if I could give any Negative stars I would, First they didn't have any of the major sides which I understood. Then as we come to the window we wait a total of 6 minutes before they even open the window to tell us our total then the cashier proceeded to get an attitude because we had to count out the cash like he didn't tell us "pull to the window for your total" and so he slams the window and you can hear him complaining and gossiping like a child. Keep in mind we're the only ones in line, So I pay for our food and we get it and my tea wasn't even sweet & tasted very sour like dishwater, the chicken obviously was sitting out because it was cold, chewy and just rubbery. The mashed potatoes were literally cold like I bit into and ice cube & my Wife's food was ice cold. So basically I paid $24.16 for Crappy Service & Food. I usually get Lees once in a blue moon, but never again.
