I enjoyed these buns very much. Little larger than typical dollar store buns. I would definitely buy these again.
Literally the very best bread I have ever eaten. Unfortunately it isn't available where I live :( Maybe they will start sending it to the Walmarts in the Florida Panhandle soon.

Came a day early with the delivery. He offloaded me anyway.
Backing is pretty simple, no need to stress at all..
Very easy dock & fast unloading, Receiving dock is located on Iowa st. They checked the seal and then you can break in front of them and back in.
I placed an order for keto breads and buns after trying some and finding them to be delicious and also pretty compatible with my diet. They did not disappoint. The Hawaiian style keto hot dog buns were the best buns I have had period and that includes high carb brioche buns. I love this company and their product. They definitely have giving me a quality of life upgrade with their awesome products that I can eat and still loose weight and feel healthy.

You’d think with the number of years in business they’d moved to a newer less depressing warehouse. I wanted to off myself on my second day here

Bunny bread, Great Value bread, Aldis bread is all the SAME bread just different labels. The HR lady won't hire people through temp places, but refuses to inform those people that. She wastes people time and has no compassion. She will write you up over the SMALLEST thing. If she sees you do something she doesn't like then she will refuse to hire you on permanently. The hr lady is the most heartless person. She comes through on Thursdays purposely creeping on people to catch them up on something just to fire them, write them up, or find a reason not to hire them. EVERYONE working here is aware of her unprofessional behaviors. This job has WAY MORE CONS than any pros. Honestly, I don't think they really have any pros at all. Their parking sucks, if you park across the street in the lot you are NOT allowed to go to your car at any point. Their swing shift is absolutely outrageous. They sell discounted bread to their employees for .50 cents. They're worried about their employees shoes cross contaminating their bread if there's broken glass is something, but isn't worried about any kind of mud, dirt, dust, etc? You are not allowed to bring in any kind of peanut related foods in for your lunch. You aren't allowed to wear piercings. You are only required to wear gloves AFTER the bread is finished cooking. I promise this job is NOT worth it. They do not care about your well-being at all. If you get sick, get into a car crash, whatever the reason they state they do NOT care about the reason you better get into work or they'll fire you. The HR lady said she DOESN'T care If you have diarrhea, you BETTER show up to work your shift or you will lose your job.
They require you to work swing shift here. A week or two on 3rds, then another week or two on 1st shift. It's outrageous and very unhealthy for your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. You are required to work 6 days a week, so you have 1 day to adjust to switching shift schedules. I do not recommend working here. They only care about their numbers at the end of the day.
Reckless and dangerous driver.. 1035 pm, 22 Oct 22, I-465 North on East side. Lewis driver flying 65-70 mph in a 55 speed zone, running up to tailgate motorist in the left lane until they moved.. if driving reckless, putting lives in danger is how the company needs to deliver their products, I want nothing to so with this company or products. A loaf of bread only costs a couple bucks. So if your driver wants to kill on the highway, it'll be extremely costly.

I've worked there for 19 years. It has its ups and downs like any company
Imma just throw this here for anybody looking for a job. I went to the plant. Which lost my fill in resume on the spot. My interview was 1 minute and 40 seconds top. The first 30 seconds of that interview they was interviewing me for the wrong position. Looked at my resume for 15 seconds and said “yeah your not what where looking for… sure knew how to waste 2 hours of driving from there and back…. Just for I guess technically a 45 second interview…
Receiving dock is dock 10 located on Iowa Street. If you are not good at backing, this place is not for you. You will be blocking 90% of the street. As other drivers have posted, do what the signs say on the door and everything goes smoothly. The people here are super nice and quick to unload a person.
Terrible environment! No accountability maybe family owned but not family oriented. Work all the time ,very little family time. Processes and procedures are outdated by 20yrs
Keto bread and buns. Best low carb/keto bread I have found. Wish they did biscuits!
