The food is good, Ice cream is awesome. Service can be a bit slow sometimes but the staff is nice. The place is clean.

The whole family is here for a supper and ice cream right after. The food is delicious. The kids love the quesadillas and we love the Apple Praline salad with house dressing! The ice cream is deLICious as well! Yummy! Downtown is open till 7 pm.

I work close to this location and after several bad experiences I had taken this spot out of my lunch rotation options. After a 2 year hiatus, I decided to give it another chance---I won't be doing that again. The sandwich I received was not even close to what I ordered and the iced tea tasted like it was mixed with soda. On top of the issues with my order, the girl at the drive thru window did not speak at all. She handed me my items and was closing the window when I spoke up to ask for a straw and napkins. With the way she acted you would have thought I was asking for things from her personal stash. No worries- I won't be back!

I work down the street from this location and frequent here for lunch. The staff is always friendly and accommodating! They have a great variety of sandwiches and of course, delicious ice cream!

Ordered at the Newburgh location. Chili had very little meat potato soup was sour tasty with hard dehydrated potatoes. Two cheeseburgers dried out. $34.00 & most of it went into the trash.

Just came from the Diamond Ave. Store, the salads and sandwiches are all homemade with fresh baked breads. Excellent ! However the best part was having Becky and Jessica who work there fix the food correctly. They fixed everything as if it was there own. What more could someone ask for : great service , good food , and fair prices, five stars to this Lics crew.

I was just in the downtown location. I ordered cheese quesadilla and side salad to go. They put it in their dine-in basket. I mean whatever that’s fine. And they when switched it. She just dumped the salad and quesadilla together. So a hot quesadilla was laying on a cold salad. The salad is not edible now, so a waste of $3 up charge.

We were in from out of town and it was 9:30pm and suddenly I needed ice cream🍦🍦Saw that Lic's was less than two miles up the road, AND OPEN UNTIL 10:30!! We swing by and get a regular vanilla cone and the choco cream treats... So quick and they did not disappoint!! So good, I wish we lived closer so we could have these tasty treats all the time, 10/10, highly recommend!! Definitely get some good eats here
