I hadn't been to Lic's in a while, but really wanted a shake tonight, and got a kiddie cup for my dog. Hardly any ice cream in the shake and not well blended. Giant french fry and clump of hair in the kiddie cup. This was the Weinbach and Washington location.

Cute little ice cream shop love the colors and old time feel. We were the only customers in the store. We ordered our waffle cones, I went to the restroom, my teenage son waited. I came back out, sat down. We sat for about 3 minutes. Then the girl behind the counter was like your cones are right there. They had been sitting on the counter (in a cone stand).... it was also almost $17 for 2 big waffle cones with a small amount of ice cream. Maybe that's why we were the only customers ?

Super cute shop with delicious food and ice cream! We had 3 gourmet subs which were delicious and the secret sauce is so good! Chili was good a little thin but very flavorful. Choco creme balls are addicting. Everything was reasonablly priced and the girls working the counter were so helpful! We'll definitely be back.

Food is crazy expensive for a little mom and pop shop. Deli meat is not good quality. You get a hand full of grippo chips as your side which come from a box that has about 100 servings in it. You will pay $2 plus dollars for that side and the entire box cost this place $5.00. Milk shakes are crazy expensive and purposely only filled 2 full inches from the top so remember when you get one it will only be half the size of the cup. They are also very watery. More like a chocolate milk consistency instead of a normal milkshake you get from anywhere else. They will make it thicker but that will be an extra charge for a thick shake which is the norm at all other places lol be warned.

The young ladies are so kinda and keep a smile on their face at Washington Ave and the cashier and ice cream scoopers are so kind and generous and talked to me in a kind manner.
It's usually okay but today I asked for my bread to be toasted. Received it burnt and the chicken salad tasted gross too. Very disappointing visit. Will never order a sandwich at Lic's again.

Just spent 15 minutes at Washington Avenue at drive up menu. Never got waited on. Pulled out and no one ahead of me. Manager was rude and did not care
