I hadn't been to Lic's in a while, but really wanted a shake tonight, and got a kiddie cup for my dog. Hardly any ice cream in the shake and not well blended. Giant french fry and clump of hair in the kiddie cup. This was the Weinbach and Washington location.

That drive-thru at LIC's is the worst! After almost 10-15 minutes of WAITING, we just asked for a little bit of Carmel, but then they charged us after the long wait THAT BIG WHITE LADY!!!!! don't ever go there!

Was ignored for 10 minutes. The workers were making fun of the people in the drive thru. They made a big mess behind the counter and didn’t clean it up. Caught vaping in the bathroom and in the restaurant. Bathroom is disgusting. I’m am extremely disgusted about my visit

by far the slowest service in evansville consistently, but it isn't the workers fault, apparently the owners need to save and pinch on money rather than staff a business correctly. not going back after giving it plenty of chances.

I love this place. I recommend the chocolate malt milkshake.
Lunch was great. Employees were helpful but a little slow to kick in. Will be back! Update:2nd visit even better than the 1st. Food and staff beyond excellent! Glad we found this place!

I just cannot deal with this place, I had a bad experience a couple years back in Owensboro. And it was just exacerbated by the management who really wanted to learn nothing but excuses. Well, I gave them another shot a couple years later in a different town. And you get the same thing. I know this is gonna sound really trivial and that’s fine, and if you don’t think that, I don’t write good reviews and go check out the rest. So I have this conversation with the person in the drive-through about ice cream, and they asked me about whether I want it double dipped or single dipped and I start asking questions about it as we’ve already decided what flavors and all. Just to say oh by the way yeah we don’t have the cones, so do you want something else? So then when I ordered and I asked for the certain ice cream they were like you really want that? Yeah I give up on this place. If you want to go you go I am not a fan.

Typically this location is pretty okay. Usually a couple young looking youth working, who at times look like they really hate being there. But at least the ice cream is decent and not too overpriced.

Decided to try a new place for a simple shake. Will not make the mistake of coming back.
At least two of locations you have to wait forever in drive thru. Today i had to wait in drive thru for 25 minutes for one sandwich plus you gotta pay that extra credit card charge on orders. So I get to wait forever for food and pay extra for it!

I ordered a deluxe turtle sundae shooter(which was on the menu) they said they don't have anything like that. Got to the window and tried to let them know it was on the menu board. The kid that was there just said ok and proceeded to charge us for a large. She was very rude and didn't make any attempt to say I'm sorry I will let them know it needs to be changed or make it right. Have always loved Lic" s, but my sundae was literally whipped cream hardly any ice cream and lots of hot fudge. So I couldn't eat the $7.00 sundae.

Ordered a club sandwich and a bowl of chili. Club was supposed to have bacon on it, no bacon and a very pitiful amount of ham and turkey. The sandwich was more bread than anything. And the chili is more like tomato soup than actual chili. I won’t be back.
