I ordered from them last night 4/10/2024 online, when I got my order I was missing an item. I tried to call this store several times last night and even today. They did not answer, finally had to call their customer service number. It's ridiculous to not answer your phone and your a business. Will never order from them again terrible customer service.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Little Ceasers. I ordered online 20 minutes out. I ordered the extra most bestest cheese, pepperoni n stix, and two orders of cheese puffs. When I got there she said it was in the oven. Even though I could see the oven and there was nothing in it. There were two pizzas sitting on the counter in the back. After standing there for a while I asked her how much longer. He said she just put the puffs in the oven. When it was finally done she gave me the two puff boxes and one of the pizzas that had been sitting on the counter and the other three pieces of my order. When I got home I found that I didn’t get the extra most bestest cheese and one of the puffs was pepperoni not cheese. And it was cold! I don’t normally have this kind of experience but this was over the top bad.

I stopped at the Little Caesars on Saint Joe Avenue in Evansville, Indiana. This was my second time there, and both times I had the rudest people I have ever encountered. I will never go back again. It is a shame that poor customer service can really hurt a business.

Tried to walk in an order a ? pizza. Was told by employee that you have to order on line. Needless to say I did not order anything. Really you can't walk in an order there product.

I went there and there was a customer that was a very . This place had nothing hot and ready. The sodas were not stocked the menu boards were off . I asked the guy at the counter if they had a meal deal where you can get a large pizza crazy bread and 2Lsoda ,he straight said no. I know they do so I ask they don't have a meal deal he said we never had that. Don't go to this store it's dirty unstocked and the employees either don't care or don't know anything. I went to the one on diamond, and they had pizza hot and ready their menu was on the sodas were stocked and they knew what the meal deal was.

Pizza had crusts that were going 4 inches or more towards the center of pizza. Basically paid for giant cooked crusts!!

Absolutely worthless management of this location, which is unfortunate as it’s the closest one to me. Put an order through for pickup on 11/21 and the app accepted my order and took the payment but when I showed up the location was closed and there were several other people trying to get their orders. Attempted to call the store 5 times in the next few days and no one answered, it rang for at least 15 minutes each time before going to an automated message saying “we’re sorry but no one picked up and there is no voicemail, goodbye”. Had to drive in to the location and wait for 15 minutes for the poor excuse for a manager to stop playing on his phone while sitting in the back visible to me. When he finally came up front his excuse for the location closing was “we were out of something” lol then why not shut your online ordering off? Never got a reason why they couldn’t answer the phone any of the handful of times they called while I could visibly see multiple employees sitting around or talking in the back. Against my better judgment I gave them another try tonight, went to order online on my way home at 8:20pm and the order wouldn’t go through, decided to stop by and see if maybe there was an issue with the system and I could place my order inside. Walked in and tried to place an order at the counter to the less than enthusiastic employee, was told immediately that the pizza I was trying to order isn’t available to order in store only online, told him the online ordering wouldn’t work and before I could even finish my sentence he says “let me get the manager” well out from his stool in the back came the same guy who I dealt with previously, told him that I couldn’t place my order online and that I was told the item I wanted was only available on the app, he says “they shut the ordering off at 8:30 online” I tried to tel him it wouldn’t go through at 8:20 and asked if they could just make the order I wanted and bill it out another way since the app wouldn’t place it. He just said “nothing I can do” and started to walk off. Never have I had as poor of an experience or dealt with a business that just didn’t want your money like I have here. Seriously do better.
