The employees are not friendly , they do not answer the phone and it’s like pulling teeth to get them to speak when u r trying to order! I will go to the other side of town befor I go back!!!

I am beyond angry and upset. I ordered 2pizzas online through my mobile app and I was thier on time!! Now I dont care how busy you get you do not serve customers pizzas that been sitting for a long time in the oven getting over cooked or the pizza sat out in the open for hours. when I pulled up to recieve my pizzas I did not think to look at them right away because every time I ordered through them the pizzas were freshly cooked and were soft. When I got hom as seen in the photos the pizzas were horribly tough,the bread was overcooked and heated,the sauce was runny,and they used OLD cheese because it was beyond tough to bite into,the cheese was also burnt as seen in photos!! I will be going back tomorrow with a huge complaint and calling little ceasars corporation.

I pulled up to order at 8:52pm and was told they are no longer taking orders and that I would need to play an order online. Again if you get too busy to keep up then close. There is no reason that I should be told 30-35 minutes for just cheesy bread. It sounds like laziness to me as someone who has worked customer service since they were 16. It is not professional and it gives the company a bad rep. If you want to stay in business do better!

We tried ordering on the app. Google said they were open, the app said they were open. We placed our order and drove to the store. They were closed when we got there and it looked like they had been for awhile. They were supposed to be open for another hour. Never got food but they charged my card.
