Chicken stripe the size of a half dollar and paper thin. Mostly breading. Steak was cooked wrong and then delivered back with great flavor and hair on the side. Service was great and kitchen tucked horribly. I have pics if need be. Wife got sick off of the sweet tea.. garbage place with great servers. The servers were amazing. Ricke portion on plate was half dollar size. Don't support this place people please. They have lost their touch

12/10/21 still very good!! Being on the west side its generally not real crowded and its room compared to the cookie cutter places on the east side. 12/31 Absolutely perfect We Love Logans over all the national chain steak houses.. 16 Oz. Ribeye was perfect. Happy New Year!!

Completely incompetent staff. I was given the wrong steak and told it was the correct one when I questioned it. The waitress screwed up on our bill 4 times…then I was bombarded by a manager on the way out to tell me I had to pay for a drink she missed from my bill. When I had no desire to give an incompetent person my card again, the manager insisted I pay her. How many times do you have to screw up before it becomes YOUR problem?

I have been eating here for over 20 years and this was the worst service I ever received and we will not be going back there anymore. The hosts asked if my daughter and I were both over 21 which is obvious my child was not. They still tried to put us in the bar and I said we didn’t want to sit on that side if possible she rolled her eyes and took us to another table and she was very rude. She kept giving us dirty looks. Then the waitress we had came over and took our drink order and brought our drinks. She then took 10 minutes to come back to the table to bring rolls and then said they can’t fry any food because the machine was down. We said we were going to leave and she took the rolls and walked away from the table.

It was okay I feel like our server was definitely avoiding us and the servings were definitely on the small side especially the sides and for the price you're paying that's ridiculous because your vegetables are supposed to be bigger than the protein along with we only got one serving of rolls when we were supposed to be getting more with our meals hardly any refills for our beverages except when we finally got her to come back to the table of course she wanted to give us drinks to go definitely overpriced and overrated

Came to have dinner with friends after a movie. The food was ok. The service was horrible. Asked the server for a soda refill 3 times! Not that I should have had to at all! When the food came out most people's at our table wasn't even right. Doubt I'll be back.

Won’t be back. Two times ago, it was nearly 2 hours to get our food. This time, we came in at 7pm on a Friday. 4 adults and 1 child. We were seated promptly as there was no one wait. After the hostess sat us at a table right next to the kitchen and gave us menus, that was the last time we were communicated with by anyone working there. Waited 15 minutes, was not greeted, looked at, or told a waiter would be by. We all got up at once and walked out without one single employee saying anything to us.
