We love Logan. The young lady waiting on us the last time we went bless her heart they where short staffed and she was busy with a bunch of tables but was just as sweet as can be and as always amazing rolls ?

The server was nice, but the food was awful. The dip sandwich was tasteless and it had no flavor. I had to cover my sandwich in A1 sauce just to make it taste alright. I didnt want to make the attention known to my waitress because she was very sweet. The service is fantastic, but the food was not good at all.

we were told BY a MANAGER we would be seated in 5 minutes. it took over 30 minutes! it took 40 minutes for our food to be served. I asked to see a manager while we were waiting and it was only when we told our waitress what happened that one came over. he said "when you come back next time, you may want to come between 2 and 4 as we are not busy at that time. He was the one that told us 5 minutes.We won't be back again.

The food was fantastic, very well cooked salmon, highly recommend the mesquite grilled salmon with 3 cheese mac and cheese and sweet potato. Excited to go again, excited to try more meals from Logan's Roadhouse.

2/20/2020. We waited 25 minutes after seated to order.. Another 40 minutes for the food to arrive and disappoint. 2 managers making sure people were getting seated but the staff needed help waiting on tables and apparently in the kitchen.... It really seemed like a lot of signs of poor training from the top down.... I usually don't write completely negative reviews. I a m a firm believer in say something good or don't say nothing at all. However Logans needs to be aware of the spiral they have ahead if not addressed.

Went there for supper. My wife and boys order steak and a burger. My steak was dry and no flavor baked potato was the size of a tennis ball and was not even done. My wife order a ribeye medium and it was well done and even was burnt on the end pieces. My son steaks was dry and no flavor. The burger was supposed to be medium and it was well done also. Manger was nice and took care of major part of the bill. And offer to cook us another steak and potatoes but we already had waited over 30 minutes to get our food and they weren’t even busy. Will not go back . The only good thing was our waitress she very apologetic for it all.

We ordered steak & ribs and a pulled pork meal. After a decent wait, food came out cold. Literally cold. Sent back for fresh food & it came back microwaved. We requested at least a fresh steak for hubby's meal. I sent mine back and ate my weight in peanuts instead. Thank goodness they have frozen electric lemonades to die for bc that is what will bring me back. Manager only backed his employees saying the policy is not to microwave meats, but to use the grill. That most definitely did not happen. For $20 meals, I do not want them microwaved like leftovers. :(

Highly disappointed with my experience here. First of all, I went with a large party, so we didn't expect to get seated right away by any means. But we were told 1h10min, and it ended up being close on to 2 hrs. When we finally got seated, there was only 1 waitress serving our large table(15 people) and it was obvious that she didn't have help the entire time we were there. I will say, however, she was very friendly and took care of us the best she could. The oven broke while we were there, so we did not get rolls replenished while waiting for our food. The drinks took a long time to come out (because our waitress was working alone), and when our food was ready, she was only able to carry maybe 3 plates at a time, so the first person to get food was almost done with their burger by the time the last person got their food. I got the French dip sandwich with house made chips and was quite disappointed with it as well. The flavor of the sandwich was sweeter than a typical French dip (granted, this isn't a problem, so much as it is a personal preference), and the house-made chips were burnt and otherwise flavorless. I've been here before, and that also was not a great experience: long wait time and sub-par food. I don't plan on returning, as long as I have say in it.

Food is always great! Was sat on an outside wall about 4 tables from the front door and was a crazy cold draft coming in and so we asked to move to a different table. Also the rolls are amazing!

Food was great and not an issue. Service was decent, can't always have a great day. Still left 20% tip. Will eventually eat here again. Got other steak places to rotate through first.
We never really have a bad experience when we go to any Logan's Restaurant to be honest. Servers are always friendly. Of course the dinner rolls are off the chain. Food comes out quickly and for the most part... steak is about 85% cooked to the right degree. I usually order medium at a restaurant because they tend to overcook it a bit and I really like it medium well. And of course... the serve Coca-Cola! YAY!!!! #PepsiSucks!!! Of course we will be back!

Great lunch today with very attentive service. We ate in the bar and our waitress came by routinely every few minutes. Fresh drinks often. Dirty dishes were pulled immediately. I had the soup and salad. The chili was great, the salad was nice.

During our visit to Logan's Eastside they were not very busy. Our food was served in good time and was very delicious. There were five people in our group and each complemented the food they were served. Out waitress was really accommodating and friendly. Of course it goes without saying we all recommend this Logan's. Clean facility throughout and well maintained.

We sat at the bar dry for @ 20 minutes. I do mean at the bar. As in, sitting on bar stools at the bar. We wanted to order Prime Rib rare, but we're told "prime rib is well done only." This was our 27'th anniversary dinner. We had planned this for a while. We were not given the basic condiments, I..e. salt and pepper. Short review= Place sucks. We won't be back.

Salmon was raw, steak was at best room temp, rice pilaf was very cold, waitress ignored us until time to ask for desert. Shrimp skewers had to grill marks and no flavor. I am positive this is an ongoing ordeal for them..
