Drive thru after lunch. Ordered 2 piece fish dinner. Got home it was chicken that looked and tasted old. Go here about once a week without issues with good service and the correct order. There was a time when most drive thru window person would repeat the order before they handed it out the window to make sure it was right. They all need to do that.

Probably one of my worse reviews would be this long john silvers always getting old greasy food I keep going back hoping it would change cause it's hard to find good fish but seems to be more and more disappointing each time if they stop making their food and setting it under their light or whatever they do to keep warm and start making everything fresh and change they grease then the problem would possibly be fixed

Unfortunately, this is the second time we've been there in the last couple of months and the chicken planks and fish and waffle fries were barely warm and the chicken was robbery. This is most unusual as we used to eat there more often and the chicken planks and fish were always excellent. They did give us a new order of chicken planks.. they were warmer but not hot and they were still robbery.... the waffle fries tasted very good just needed to be a lot hotter.

I had great service, the food was amazing as always, and it wasn't very crowded at 1pm on a Saturday. My favorite seafood/fast-food place to eat! It's more pricey than a burger joint, but the value was equal to price.

Had an online order last night that was almost $40, and was given horrible cold overcooked in old grease food that I couldn't even feed to the dog and threw away....but I want to give a shout out to James the manager that I spoke with today and the crew that was working with him today. He had me stop by after work, remade the entire order fresh, and he provided great customer service the entire time. The crew working with him were super nice as well, very apologetic, and after the bad experience from the night before he was able to turn the whole thing around. I appreciate all 3 of them. Mistakes happen, but they made it right and that is everything. 5 stars for great customer service!

We ordered 2 two piece fish dinners one with coleslaw the other with fries. They gave us like five cold waffle fries with the dinner. My son asked for more fries and they had the nerve to tell us it would be 3.00 dollars more.. We couldn't eat our food because of the bugs and flies. Don't eat at this place.
