I placed an online order and as the woman in the kitchen said, “she’s on top of it today!” I absolutely LOVE that enthusiasm and made my experience just picking up my food awesome. I love when people have positive attitudes and vibes. Nice workers and the food was so good. Love this location!

Went through the drive through and ordered a combo and a drink. The person working even asked to verify what the drink was over the speaker. Paid and got just the food. When I asked about the drink they said the combo didn't come with a drink. Why did you ask what to drink if you wasn't going to ring up? Even if it didn't come with the combo I asked for a drink. Also why doesn't the combo come with the drink? The lady was rude about it when I asked her about it. Definitely won't be back, it was $14 without a drink 🥴 (one person)

Ordered online and received the wrong food, called to see if I could get a refund and I was told I would have to bring back the food even though I stated I was over 30 mins away. Store policy or not, it’s ridiculous and less than helpful and it shows what they think of their customers.

Got two combo meals one the fish tacos were so burn up couldn’t eat no sauce fish sandwich combo totally ice. Cold called manager wanted us to hold the tacos and the fish until we came back.
Cause we couldn’t return back today I own a business here in town and easily when you bring your receipt back and I know that you ordered the food I would replace it and take your name

These people think we're stupid. WE KNOW YOU JUST DROP THE OLD FISH BACK IN THE GREASE. I get food costs etc, but the manager that allows this to go on should lose their job. I just came from there and my fish was dark af and hot on the outside for about 20 seconds and lukewarm everywhere else. And it gets STUPID chewy when they re-fry it. I knew better than to go to the evansville LJS. Never again.

This place is complete garbage as far as staff. Instead of helping their new hires, they would rather hide in the back to complain to each other. No help from management whatsoever. They also accused their employees of doing things at work that they themselves do. Doesn't attitude reflect off leadership?
When my daughter went back to reinterview for her old job, the district manager (Alyssa) felt the need to insult her immediately over a medical issue she has. Needless to say, I am glad she decided not to hire her because who treats possible employees like that?
This place either needs new managers with better people skills/manners or to just be closed.

We have been going to Long John Silver's for close to 60 years, always content. The long John's on Green River rd though is the best one we have ever visited.

Two cars in the drive through at 8 pm (closes at 9 pm) for 20 minutes while the staff could be seen in the back mopping and cleaning counters unaware of the customers. The car in front ended up leaving. Then after the now 25 min they said they needed to drop chicken. It has now been 30 min and I still do not have my food. I am waiting in the parking lot ! And I have other errands to run ! Not good service !
