I ordered a taco salad and everything tasted like soap. The appetizers were not fresh and came out cold. The space itself seemed nice, but the service was dismissive and made even simple requests feel like an inconvenience. I only ate the chips, left still hungry, and was very disappointed with the experience.

This Los Bravos is our go to Mexican Restaurant not too over spicy and they will chop the veggies if you ask.
My granddaughter when she says she wants chips, she means this place! Possibly the best tea in town too!
My DoorDash will automatically go to 1st Ave but I figured out using the location I can get around it and order from this location.
This place is always busy so I have one recommendation: if you or your guest have issues with loud noise do NOT sit outside on the patio area it will set off PTSD my granddaughter has issues with echos in restrooms but this even hurt my ears.
In the photo is the bar area, our favorite is the middle area with the water fountain, the other area is comfy with booths and tables.

Great food and service. They sat us in the atrium area near the fountain. It was freezing cold in the restaurant and very loud in that room. Made it difficult to carry on a conversation. I will go back though. Best Mexican restaurant in Evansville.

Not recommended. They charge you a 'service fee' for using a Debit Card. Stop supporting bad business practices.
