We ordered pulled pork for the holidays, but was surprised their original BBQ sauce was basically tomato juice/sauce. Good thing we ordered it on the side anyway. The meat was good, but if you're looking for traditional BBQ sauce, this was not it.

The young lady who served me was very accommenting.I ate a bunch of their food took some barbecue sauce to go. I will definitely come back when I come back to Evansville. This place is a destination point in Evansville Indiana

Marx catered my daughter's wedding in August of 2022. It was a huge wedding (350) with guests from all over. They were incredibly kind with helping me prepare the perfect menu, they were flexible, their customer service was A++, and the staff was so nice and attentive when they delivered and set up the food station at the venue. Most importantly, all of our guests were raving about how delicious the food was! Thank you so much Marx for helping me make my daughter's wedding AMAZING!!!If you want delicious food at the most reasonable price, use Marx! They are the best!

We ordered 10 lb. Of pulled pork for 23 people and it was wonderful. We had tons of leftovers and froze it. Also had potato salad,, pickles, onion, Buns and slaw. Their homemade pie is fabulous! It was all delicious and very reasonable.

Our church had a christmas dinner this past Sunday, for the first time we ordered an oven baked turkey and ham dinner with all the sides from Marx, we heard so many compliments on this dinner, it was a big hit. Everything was excellent! We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Marx.
Food was cold and not flavorful at all. Will not go back.

Awesome BBQ joint on Evansville's west side, right behind The Hilltop Inn. Great meats, awesome sides, soups, selection of pies and they have refrigerated take home containers of they're BBQ, they're homemade sauce, sides and soups as well. Great food at a great price with awesome staff that will treat you like family

My father loved the pies --especially coconut cream. I was not as impressed with the bbq. Meat is not tender enough and the sauce had too much tomato.
