Always a great experience. Had the pick two with the king club and one of the seasonal salads. Tons of food and it was delecious. Everyone working was friendly and had our food out quickly!

I love the tea pass. Bailey and heather always wait on me at the window and are fantastic. They are always happy and keep me coming back. Bobbi the GM is always receptive to constructive criticism and I enjoy my overall experience. Bailey for sure deserves a raise as well as most of the girls working the window.

Terrible place. Frauds, thieves, they try to rip people off. You should see the 1/2 in of cheese dip cup I received and paid $10.00 for! Yes $10.00. You know those little cups you get at taco bell for your cheese dip that cost $1.00? McAlisters tries sending it out there window for $10.00 and they call it a SHAREABLE lmao I also ordered on the app for pickup and selected EXTRA CHEESE and it upcharged my order by $3.00. When i receive this cheese cup there was nothing extra about nothing and it wasn’t even a portion size for half a person lol. This place is absolutely ridiculous. They tried it tho, they tried to rip me off and steal from me but Im not the one. Ill file a charge back on my card if I do not receive a response and a refund. I will never visit another Mcalisters thats for sure.

Heaven forbid they have 2 cashiers when they are busy.. after the cashier dealt with one fat difficult pig for 20min.. my family and I just had to leave and go somewhere else.. I have never been to a McAllisters this bad.

Food is always yummy and the staff are very helpful. I've been back multiple times and things are consistently very good.

Portion sizes are a joke

Only one person working. I stood there 15 minutes then left. He was busy making other people stuff. I know it's not his fault. The owner should have more then one person working at lunch time!

Did the online order, received everything hot and fresh and the chili is to die for!

Cara was exceptional employee she was nice and had a great smile.

I wouldn't get the chicken and dumplings. It wasn't a taste that I liked at all. The potato soup was amazing and the French dip and Swiss was fire 🫶

McAlister's is the hubby's favorite, but It seems the sandwiches are getting smaller, and the price is going up.
