Today my husband ordered a plain McRib for my son. Any other time when he's ordered it, they gave him one with no pickles and onions. Today, they gave him one with no pickles, onions or BBQ sauce! Seriously?!?! Come on people it's not rocket science.

I had not been to McDonald's in the last two and a half years because every time I go to the double drive-up window they cannot get first-come-first-serve right. I can't believe that I wasted my time again in line waiting for first-come-first-serve, and they blew it again. I used to go to McDonald's a couple times a week, now I refuse. About 3 years ago, I complained at the window of this location, and the woman screamed at me for my complaint.

Do nor use the Curbside pickup here. For the last 2 weeks every time I order that this location is a minimum of a 20 minute wait to get the food and by the time it arrives the food is not fresh. Go to any other McD unless you like to waste your time. Also the owners obviously don't care because when you give them feedback they never get in touch with you.

I have ordered at this location multiple times, and almost everytime have been met with very rude customer service. While this is not the most shocking from a McDonald’s, I am writing a review due to this specific location’s constant issues. I have had now two different mobile orders that I have placed to this specific location that were confirmed and charged my account. Each time I was left waiting for 40 plus minutes and when I called was met with 0 help. The people on the phone never provided more help than rudely demanding they did not have my order. I was calm never angry each time just simply asking if they had said order. For some reason it was met with aggression and lack of help so after multiple instances of the same poor customer service I am leaving my first bad review at any place…. Ever. This is a poorly ran establishment and could use lots of help and better management support. I expect to at the very least be able to talk to someone if there is an issue with my order but for some reason they cannot maintain a basic conversation here. Thanks

I frequent this McDonald's but the last few weeks it's gone downhill I think they may be understaffed. Today I waited 30 minutes that's no exaggeration from 7: 23 to 7:53 for food and my fries were ice cold. I had already waited so long I know I couldn't even get a refund or hot fries without waiting another 30 minutes it's not worthe the $4. You could hear the employees in the back talking shit I get that they're overwhelmed but then shouldn't I get fresh fries if you're turning them out so fast. I could have gotten faster service and better food at a sit down restaurant for the same price. Let's be real you only go to McDonald's because you're looking for something fast or because you're looking for something cheap it is no longer either of those things.

Ordered food before they closed and on there app it said they closed at 12 then I went to pick the food and they told me they closed at 9 but wouldn’t give me my food even tho I ordered before that and were very rude about it!

Went in to get the monopoly pieces and order a meal that has all the pieces with it and I only got 2. The manager said because I order a meal I don't get all the pieces. That's false advertising plus when I did get my meal the chicken was old and like rubber. What gives
Shity. I stood under the order here sign. Talked to 2 'crew members'. I don't order off a kiosk. I don't order on line. I don't eat out much. First I was ignored, then brushed off.
