This location is often a disappointment. They have left items out of my order twice and I have had to go back to get what I paid for. It’s always a struggle to simply get it fixed. No, I’m not going inside for a simple fix. The food is usually good, but the customer-facing employees are often incompetent, unprofessional and on their phone. There was one employee that offered a sincere apology. To say nothing of the ridiculous pricing of McDonald’s now and the errors I have encountered in the app, which is almost mandatory to get some sort of discount.

I ordered the new bbq bacon double quarter pounder with cheese meal and the meat wasn’t even done it was still very red and stringy along with I asked for fries with out salt and I got fresh fries which was great but that wasn’t the issue the whole bag was covered in oil. I have tried calling and no one wants to pick the phone up.

Hands down, the worse McDonalds in Evansville if not the whole state. Over 40 mins in the drive thru waiting on food just to go in and get what they didn't bring the 1st time. After telling the worker bringing the food something was forgot. Workers have no management or direction on whats needing done. Very rude and no customer service what so ever.

Food was very cold, ordered 2 plain McDoubles and they weren’t plain they were greasy so much bread the buns were soggy I’ve called them 4 times and they don’t answer people in the drive thru are very rude and disrespectful.

I came in the drive through before work and ordered a large caramel iced coffee in the app on 1/30 around 5:45am. I like my coffee a little sweeter so I added 3 sugars, whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and 4 extra pumps of caramel. When I received it, it wasn't sweet at all and there was no caramel drizzle that I paid extra for. I went back through and said it wasn't made properly. The man asked how it was made right and I said I paid extra for caramel drizzle and there is none, I got 3 sugars and 4 extra pumps of caramel and it's not the tiniest bit sweet. He told me to pull forward. The woman at the window was mad because she didn't have my order to remake it so I handed her my receipt. She handed me my new coffee and said "Well, this is the best he can do". It tastes even worse than the last time. There was caramel drizzle on top of my whipped cream this time, but absolutely no sugar or extra caramel. I didn't bother going back because of the attitudes and "best he can do" comment. I don't understand why I pay extra for add ons that aren't being put in my drink.
