I frequent this McDonald's but the last few weeks it's gone downhill I think they may be understaffed. Today I waited 30 minutes that's no exaggeration from 7: 23 to 7:53 for food and my fries were ice cold. I had already waited so long I know I couldn't even get a refund or hot fries without waiting another 30 minutes it's not worthe the $4. You could hear the employees in the back talking shit I get that they're overwhelmed but then shouldn't...

This has been my go-to McDonalds since I moved into the neighborhood. They never get our orders wrong, their ice cream machine actually works, the inside is super clean, and their employees are extremely helpful and friendly!
