We ordered two of the new grinch meals and our order came completely cold and our burgers were made entirely wrong and we got here at 8 pm so ofc we couldn’t go into the lobby for a quicker fix because it was closed, instead we are still sitting in the drive through at 8:45 waiting to speak to someone about fixing our order. 40 MINUTES in the drive through is INSANE and I will never be returning.

Ordered breakfast online at 10:14am, sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, finally get to the window to get my receipt, and they tell me that since it’s passed 10:30 that the order automatically cancels since it’s past cut off. So why even take the order if you’re not going to fulfill it? Y’all wasted close to 30 minutes of our time for nothing.

It's been alright? Most of the time they get your order wrong. In the 12 years I've gone to this McDonalds I have only gotten my order right 7 times. If you want a McDonalds that's good but also close, go to the one on St Joseph.

They shut off their kitchen equipment well before posted closing hours. Not 5 or 10 minutes before, but up to 40 minutes before in some cases.

I am a KM myself, and it quite frankly annoys the hell out me that so many businesses have adopted this practice that screws over consumers, especially those that are required to work late hours.

Labor costs can easily be offset by revenue if you’re a competent franchisee, which evidently this store is not.

Once again I had to return the fries bc they were cold. This is almost Everytime I order them. And of course not one person said thank you. From the person who took my order to the person who gave me my food. I guess the employees are to stupid to say thank you. Bc I'm one of the reasons they have jobs. The owner needs to retrain these people

I went through the drive through today and asked for a number 7 NO CHEESE. I received the number 7 with cheese and politely asked to have them remake it. The girl in the drive through rudely states “the number 7 has cheese “ then proceeds to yell to the back with the worst attitude possible for the kitchen crew to remake it. She then practically throws the bag through the window. Not only was the remake sloppy but the customer service sucked. I came through around 8:30 if that helps at all.

Aside from all of this she was Singing inappropriate songs while a window is open. This is embarrassing and actions need to be put into place.

Ben here many time every time they just stand around nobody's actually doing anything in that store and they all look like they eat at McDonald's every day if probably not get much done either if I was that unhealthy not to mention the managers don't seem to know or care about their employees lack of common work ethic I've had door dash there and nobody ever comes up to the counter to help the other costumers and they often will not even give you your drink even though you just asked them for a drink I've Also ordered here myself before I tried to alter my item to add something and the person on he headset just said I don't have a button for that and said I couldn't order it even though I've ordered it just fine at plenty of other places the lack of costumer service is astonishing it's no wonder half of the employees are middle aged adults with no respect for anyone not even themselves
