It's been alright? Most of the time they get your order wrong. In the 12 years I've gone to this McDonalds I have only gotten my order right 7 times. If you want a McDonalds that's good but also close, go to the one on St Joseph.

They shut off their kitchen equipment well before posted closing hours. Not 5 or 10 minutes before, but up to 40 minutes before in some cases.
I am a KM myself, and it quite frankly annoys the hell out me that so many businesses have adopted this practice that screws over consumers, especially those that are required to work late hours.
Labor costs can easily be offset by revenue if you’re a competent franchisee, which evidently this store is not.

Once again I had to return the fries bc they were cold. This is almost Everytime I order them. And of course not one person said thank you. From the person who took my order to the person who gave me my food. I guess the employees are to stupid to say thank you. Bc I'm one of the reasons they have jobs. The owner needs to retrain these people

I went through the drive through today and asked for a number 7 NO CHEESE. I received the number 7 with cheese and politely asked to have them remake it. The girl in the drive through rudely states “the number 7 has cheese “ then proceeds to yell to the back with the worst attitude possible for the kitchen crew to remake it. She then practically throws the bag through the window. Not only was the remake sloppy but the customer service sucked. I came through around 8:30 if that helps at all.
Aside from all of this she was Singing inappropriate songs while a window is open. This is embarrassing and actions need to be put into place.

Ben here many time every time they just stand around nobody's actually doing anything in that store and they all look like they eat at McDonald's every day if probably not get much done either if I was that unhealthy not to mention the managers don't seem to know or care about their employees lack of common work ethic I've had door dash there and nobody ever comes up to the counter to help the other costumers and they often will not even give you your drink even though you just asked them for a drink I've Also ordered here myself before I tried to alter my item to add something and the person on he headset just said I don't have a button for that and said I couldn't order it even though I've ordered it just fine at plenty of other places the lack of costumer service is astonishing it's no wonder half of the employees are middle aged adults with no respect for anyone not even themselves
Just walked in this morning, tried to get breakfast.Nobody at the counter.Walked over to the machine.Filled up my whole order then it told me it does not take the card.This place is trash.Do not go there

Went thru drive through.. ordered a cold coffee.. if had a 1/4 inch of grounds coffee in bottom. I told them to make me another one. She said she wasn't making more cold coffee... tried to call into manager and phonebhas been busy for 4 hours

When I called about the mobile app acting up the lady said I needed to call customer service but then when I said this is why McDonald's is going downhill so bad she got an attitude with me told me to call customer service and told me she didn't have time for this. Guess what they're not even open on Sundays so you can't even get a hold of someone on the day you're having issues with which most places won't fix something from the day before.. this has been the worst experience I've had and I'm still starving right along with my kid. Thought the app was supposed to make things convenient. Just made me pissed off and more hungry.

I actually like this McDonalds. This one is better than most others in Evansville, IN. The only issue I have is the parking and getting back out on the street. It is a difficult area to maneuver around without getting hit or hitting another vehicle. It is always packed with a full house whether inside or in the drive thru. My orders have always been done right here. I don't like how they sometimes make you pull forward whenever you are waiting on your food. I am usually pleased with my service there. I do recommend this McDonalds, especially if you happen to find yourself on that side of town or are coming from Posey County or Illinois across the bridge. Good place and family friendly. Just be prepared to wait a bit because it is always busy.
