Food is gone at the .macdonalds on lincoln ave in evansville, brand new building, they tore old one down. It gets one star, would be zero if option. They didnt put a play place in there like the old one had. Mcdonalds without a play place is like disney world without mickey mouse and his gang. Just stupid

Some of the staff was snooty some were polite and helpful. Glad to see this place was totally torn down. Hopefully with the new McDonald's they'll get rid of some of the snooty mgmt.

It was ridiculous, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food, because they gave my food to the wrong customer, I went in the manager didn’t want to do anything be on her phone and the two employees look down on me with a smirk, I have never been disrespected and treated this way I’ll definitely won’t be back!!!!

Scammed. Lets start at the basics. I made a mobile order. Won't be making that mistake here again. I can't get a refund because they closed the order out.
The singular item I ordered was unavailable, yet they closed the order out. I can't get a refund due to that.
I am out my money, couldn't get a refund from the store. Couldn't get the manager to get off her phone to help. The man manning the counter didn't know how to help. He honestly gets a pass in this story except for being the bearer of bad news. Save yourself the effort and go to Wendy's. It's five seconds away and can actually communicate. Fire the manager for being unwilling to get off her phone and help a client who was out their money despite getting no goods for their money.

An employee had brought her daughter to work and she was alone in the play place. She was terrorizing all the kids there. We left.

Playroom is cold af and looks like water is about to bust through the ceiling they have a roof leak u can't tell in my picture but I promise the ceiling was sagging in the one ceiling tile
