Fries were stale and the guy working the drive thru was so high he couldn’t even get a simple plain burger correct
Not a great experience. Went through drive thru, placed, and confirmed order. Once we received order, we had wrong food. That's when we realized we were never given a reciet. I went inside and told the lady what happened, she was able to look our order up (not happily AT ALL) and then proceeds to tell me I'm wrong, but refunds me anyway. Then places the correct order and grabs the incorrect food and places it back in the food bins. Once I get my new "correct" food I head back to the car, and take the food out, only to realize that once again, my food was wrong. I did not go back in for a 3rd chance. All I wanted was a deluxe quarter pounder and the first time I got a 10 piece chicken nugget, and the second time, a deluxe McChicken.

It was McDonald's but it was on the dirty side, the door handle on the door when you walked in was broke and hanging down and the restrooms were quite dirty

I was going through a drive-thru and I was wanting an iced coffee and instead of having the hot coffee in the correct coffee container they had it in a cup and they poured that cup into my coffee. My iced coffee and I said something. I said something to them about it and they're like oh, we always do that we always. That's what we're supposed to do. No, the right way you're supposed to do is have the coffee and a coffee container and then pour it from there. Not pour it from a random drinking cup that you found with coffee in it and pour it in my drink.
