I refuse to go to this location they always forget stuff on an order. Also I'm pretty sure they spit in my sandwich last time I had an issue and tried to speak with management. I was told shes tired of and doesn't want to deal with anymore white people I strongly urge you to go a few blocks away to a different location

Was in here over the past weekend, and first of all, I was supposed to be next to get my order taken, and about to step up and in walks someone who "rudely" steps in front of me and explains he just came through drive-thru and had missing items, and when I mentioned to the cashier, "I was next, that it wasnt right to be cut off like that", she rolls her eyes puts her hand up and, I couldnt believe she said this, but completely true, she says, "I doubt you waiting an extra few minutes for him to get his order right, isnt going to make or break your appetite." Im sorry, but on principle alone, I walked out!!!
Yes, I get I couldve waited, but that was also not customer service, or the proper way to deal with that situation, and I get certain neighborhoods may be better or worse than the next, but regardless of race, creed, sex, or geographic location, it cost nothing and takes even less, just to be nice and smile, excuse me, pardon me, manners in general.....
And customer service training is in need here at this location.... Im sorry if this is taken in a wrong way, but people shouldnt be treated in this way....

1. Turn Off the Lights if Closed:
If you're closed, turn off the golden arch lights and stop accepting online orders. Don't waste people's time.
2. Learn to Count:
Counting to 20 isn't that hard, but apparently, it's beyond your capabilities. A 6-piece means 6 nuggets, not 5. Two Quarter Pounders mean two sandwiches, not one. Your accuracy is less than 50%, and somehow, the mistakes always seem to be in your favor.
3. Drive-Thru Shenanigans:
Taking one order and fully completing it before moving on to the next is a cheap trick to artificially lower drive-thru times. Stop cheating and focus on actually providing good service.
This level of incompetence and dishonesty is just ghetto trash behavior. Start acting like a business that respects its customers, not one that cuts corners at every opportunity.
The employees "working" on 12/29/2024 from 6-8 am were not really working since you was "closed" but you kept accepting online orders and kept your outside lights on.

I order at the covert Avenue location every single morning and I’m boring, I order the same exact thing the same exact way every single morning. The people know me yet every day my order is incorrect. I order a large decaffeinated coffee with cream and sweetener either the sweeteners missing or the cream is missing or they put it in a medium cup. It’s one or the other every single day no matter what. the same way with the Diet Coke either it’s a regular Coke. It’s not a medium as a large. I get you make mistakes here and there but every day every day? On three items every day, My third item is always an egg McMuffin and today I’m sure whoever wrapped it up could tell it had hockey pucks as a McMuffin but they wrapped it up anyway. I mean, you could feel that the McMuffin was so hard, But instead of getting a fresh one, they just wrap it up and give it to somebody. what are you guys thinking? I won’t be back there. Unfortunately, th

I did not go inside. I drove through the drive-thru. The server was nice and courteous. The coffees were good and hot.

Tried to order on the app, changed my mind on the deal and deleted the order. Now I can't order what I want because the app won't let me have a different deal for 15 minutes. What a rip off.

I don't like pickles i always ask for no pickles. The wrapping says no pickles, but when i open it up, it smells of pickles. There weren't any whole pickles on it, but there were remnants that pickles had been there, and this has happened more than once. So i guess when people ask for no pickles, they think its okay to just take the pickles off and give them out. It's not. Pickles aren't something you can just "take off." You can smell and taste if your 'no pickles' food was tainted by pickles.

White lady with long straight black hair and long fingernails was rude and obnoxious to everyone . Children, staff, elderly and all customers. I truly hope the owners see this immediately. I am appalled
