0 stars. This place is beyond deplorable. I am currently sitting in the parking lot like I have been for the last 45 minutes hour. Waiting on food that was already made apparently but when I asked if that was mine they told me it wasn't but then established that it was mine so then tried to bring it out to me after I had already been sitting there for 30 minutes and now I've been out here for another 20 minutes since then and have not gotten a drink have not gotten any acknowledgment. I have a child in the car that I'm not going to be able to carry back outside when carrying food because we got food for a group of us. And when calling they don't answer. Drive-thru says they don't have the order at all. I'm raging.

I have never had a good experience here. Just paid for food that was supposed to be “fixed” because it was made wrong as usual, never even got it. Wasted my entire lunch for a “fast” food restaurant. I have already put in a complaint and all they offered me was a meal ticket after SEVERAL inconveniences and money lost. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Do not go here if you don’t want to lose your time and money for a cold sloppy cheeseburger.

Waited half an hour for a ranch snack wrap because they didn’t have any ice cream or frappes, and got out to my vehicle to discover it wasn’t even the flavor I ordered! Definitely will be eating elsewhere from here on out!

I got off a 12 hr shift in nursing, stopped by for breakfast, and I got this… come on bruh, you clearly see it’s burnt, but still continue to make it. Lazy.

Rudest people I've ever dealt with half the time they either dont take cash or card, I've never been here when they could except both. The food, even being special ordered, my food was cold and wait time is between 10 to 30 min. I will never return!!!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Finally went inside and it took 30 minutes on mcdoubles and nuggets ( a four piece ) and they got smart cuz i asked for sauce. I will drive 3 miles down the road. It was terrible

Women's restroom was a disaster. * sink is non-functional * sink full of ice, counter covered with soda * one toilet stopped up * the other toilet had no toilet paper, only McDonalds napkins.
