Ordered through the app and they handed me someone else's food, went around the drivethru again and they handed me my food, but was made incorrectly. Had to go in to get it corrected. A five minute trip turned into a half hour ordeal.

You can just definitely tell certain McDonald’s are run by which people without even looking at the sign at the pickup window. The kenworthy locations always have the best staff with the best attitudes. Always friendly and it’s nice to hear employees say that they love their managers and feel like they’re treated well by the owners of the place they work. The owners are definitely blessed to have such an awesome staff!

The food is about what you'd expect. It's either really good and tasty or it tastes like it's been sitting there for a week baking under a heat lamp. I feel like most people know what their fate is upon placing their order here. That being said, nothing will ever beat the ice cold refreshing taste of a coke from McDonald's. It singlehandedly carries the entire restaurant on its back and I'm here for it. Yum yum get ya one

Fast food and customer service fail. Ordered $50 worth of food missing one sandwich and they needed to see all of the food. Mcdonalds adopted the triple check method years ago and it should have been checked before going out to the customer I realize people make mistakes but a mistake at a price difference of a dollar and one sandwich that is "going" in the trash because the item was not in the bag in the first place doesn't seem warranted for having to check the entire order and throw away the receipt so customers won't leave reviews. Reviews, even bad reviews are how you improve as an employee and as a company. Can we please believe in the honesty of people? I realize you are running a business and people do steal but not everyone is like that. It takes too long to play the he said she said game to make things right before their food is too cold to eat.
