The McRib had no taste. The onions taste like onions, pickles taste like pickles, rib tasted like i was chewing. No taste, just chew. Very disappointing.

This mcdonalds always pulls people around the front of the resturant and the pull up spots were completely full. And they pulled me up and we pulled around the front of the line and the person brought out our food and was extremely rude to me and started yelling at me saying I wasnt in line and wouldn't get my food when I paid for my food. But also if they pull u around and u dont have anywhere to go and u sit at the window they will get upset bc ur not pulling up. So what am I supposed to do and then I get screamed and yelled at by a worker saying next time I wont get my food. Then I called back to speak with the manager and the person answered and was also being rude and then hung up on me.

Drive thru workers are always kind &] patient when waiting on the rewards code to pop up. They greeter you by name at the window & never feel like your offended them IF they mispronounced your name. They understand that your time is their top priority, so they get your order to you quickly & correctly.

I had a DoorDash nobody asked me if I needed help I was there for 20 minutes . They helped somebody behind me before they helped me and then I ask for help the manager got an attitude with me it’s not what you say it how you say it because I was trying to explain I was here before the lady was and on the screen it said my order was ready . I will not be back. I see why y’all are under staffed the Manager has a attitude problem

I go out of my way to go to this McDonald's because the food is always fresh and good, staff is great, and it reminds me how all of them used to be. You can't depend on eating places much anymore, but I definitely depend on this McDonald's and they're never disappoint. Keep up the great job you guys, you're awesome!

This McDonald’s used to be my go-to for morning coffee the owner really cared about quality. Now? Not so much. Order coffee with cream and sugar and you’ll either get it black, one cream, one sugar… or if you hit the jackpot, some extra coffee grounds floating around.
I once asked for a McDouble with ketchup only, and they took it literally, a plain patty with ketchup, no cheese, no bun. Guess I should’ve been more specific.
I get that pay isn’t great in fast food, but prices keep climbing while quality keeps tanking. At this point, 2/5 is me being generous
I'm tired of my sandwiches, being thrown on, any kind of way. I do understand, their busy, but we shouldn't have to redo our sandwiches to eat them. Most of the staff are very nice and other's are very rude.

Mickey D's. What can I say you don't already know. Breakfast is a once a month experience for me at the McDonald's. The big breakfast with pancakes for under 6 bucks is priced right for sure.
