New owner s. Janet and Ivan Carval. Ivan is a good kind person. His wife Janet. Carvalho don't care. I used to work for them at I64 and MT pleasant ave . I have fast food experience and management experience. Quad kicked me out of the management class and Janet kick me out of Mt pleasant McDonald's... this happen long time ago my first McDonald's I work at was Berwyn Illinois a suburb of Chicago Illinois. In 1986... I was at ist Ave McDonald's. Got two cokes. Me and wife did. I was going to eat there. I didn't. The one of the owners Janet Carvalho. They are from New Jersey.. Janet was rude to me . She acted like she didn't to talk to me. She said I'm not getting hired back..im a customer. She told me she goes by corporate rules. No she. Or quad. Now a distant manager.. I had bad experience as customer yesterday at the 1st Ave McDonald's in Evansville Indiana. Paul Snyder was a kind caring. Owner. I don't know how. Janet and Ivan get Paul McDonald's. I'm. Not going to any of Janet and Ivan s Carvalho never ... bad customer. Experience. They need to treat me like customer. . With respect that a customer s gets this is harassment. Ivan Carvalho always kind and nice to me. Janet carnival. Has no customer service experience.. or restaurant experience. I won't be back I'm filling a law lawsuit . Tomorrow at my lawyer office . I just got of the hospital... quad. Lauavap . A distant manger. Over 4 stores. He cuss me. Rude too ..I Janet told to ask corporate to hired. Me back .. im going to see my lawyer tomorrow. 2 days in a row I have placed an online order to this McDonalds on the app. Both times the store is closed when I get there (normal hours of operation) I understand that the weather has been bad. But every other restaurant has been open during those hours. The true problem is when I try to call and get my money back no one is answering and the voicemail isn’t setup. The weather has cleared up so I would assume they are open during standard operating hours.

I’ve been to this McDonalds a couple of times and each time I’ve been one of the only cars there and still had to wait for over 6 minutes for them to take my order. Then once I got my drink it was litteraly just coloured water. Whatever you do don’t go here. Worst McDonalds location to ever be open
Y’all are always messing somebody order up. People shouldn’t have to check their food just to make sure everything is in a bag. I get us a responsible thing to do, but that’s terrible given the fact that y’all make sure y’all get the correct amount of money every time.

Fast and accurate. I stop by here from time to time and haven't had an issue. There are sometimes some sketchy characters with it being right off Hwy 41. Just today had someone try to get cash off of me for gas and then drove off when I said I had no cash.
