As a Dasher, my recent visit to this McDonald's was to pick up food for someone else, and to use the loo, so I can't comment on the food quality, but the service was just fine. Cleanliness and "atmosphere" (decor? "furniture"?) -- I felt like I'd entered the Twilight Zone! So far as I can tell, this McDonald's shares its bathrooms with the attached Circle K, and they (the women's, anyway; I'm assuming the men's as well) are brand-spanking-new. My star reduction is for the impracticality of a *single* toilet serving both the convenience store AND McDonald's, on a national highway, no less. It's a little weird, that single toilet sitting in the corner of a tiled room (with double door locks) large enough for at least two stalls, but it's definitely clean, and disabled-friendly with plenty of grab bars and room for an assistant. The hand dryer has disinfecting UV light ! Back in McDonald's proper, seating is now primarily modern upholstered stools, bar-height at long tables, or down low facing the window. They do still have some non-fixed bench seats and tables. I didn't notice until uploading my photos that the bar-height tables have 3-prong outlets and USB ports at each stool location! I'm guessing the lower ones have these as well.As a Dasher, I transport orders in insulated bags but it hardly seems worth the trouble when most McDonald's locations insist on bagging cold items (e.g., iced beverages, shakes) in the same bag with hot items. Seriously? Duh.?

When handing me my drink, HE gouged me with one of HIS very big, long and wide pink sparkley fake nails, then looked at his nail to see if was ok...Then charged 32 cents for 1 sweet n sour sauce, stating ketchup is only condiment thats free. Funny thing, the next McDonald's we went to handed me 2 sweet n sour for free. Wont go back there

Compared to ALL other local mcdonalds this place is sub par at best. it's ridiculous the service is piss poor, 99% of the time the manager in charge is cussing and clearly has no respect for costumers. Along with that the wait time is insane to, there would be no cars in the drive thru and maybe 2 people in the lobby eating and they still manage to take 30+ minutes to take an order. some may bring up the fact they have a kiosk but I'm paying with cash and there's no excuse or reason you should be taking 30 mins to take a singular order. Additionally the food quality is also terrible, ive gotten cold burgers, mcchickens with hair in it, the fries would be cold or overly salty u mean it's ridiculous , the only reason this place is still in business is because the fact it's near 41 and a high school.

Ordered double cheeseburger, med fries, large diet coke at drive-thru. Paid and proceeded to pickup window. I was only car in line and nobody was in store. I waited 8-10 minutes before anyone came to the window...where I was handed a bag and my drink by a tall chubby guy in a sloppy t-shirt. He said nothing. I tried the fries to make sure they were hot....they were not. Tasted like they'd been sitting 10-15 minutes and were lukewarm. I asked (politely) for hot fries. He said drive forward and walked away. I drove forward and parked. I waited....and waited...and waited....10 MORE minutes in all. Meanwhile NO other cars came through the drive-thru and NO customers entered the main door. I finally went inside. The tall, chubby, sloppily dressed guy (definitely not McDonald's work attire) was sitting reading his phone in the seating area. NO OTHER customers were in store. I asked, "are you the guy that told me to drive forward so I could get hot fries?" He said, "yes." I said, "am I going to get them?" He replied, "I thought you drove off." I said, "why would you think that?" He said, because several people have done that tonight. (NO I'M not making this up). I asked if I could talk to a manager. He said (are you ready for this?), "I AM the manager." Stunned, I asked if I could talk to another manager. He said that would be Mona, but she's on break and doesn't like to be disturbed. I was too dumbfounded to respond. I just got my "semi-hot" fries (no the replacement ones also weren't fresh either)....and left. I spend about 30 bucks a week at the Main St. location, which is excellent. (That's over 1500 dollars/year) if you're counting. The location at 41 and Washington is a joke. We only go to it because it's a block from our house, but probably every other time we go, either the food is cold, or it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive-through (even when they are dead), or they get the order wrong. I once ordered a fish sandwich and when I got home I got a bun with tartar sauce and a half piece of American cheese...NO FISH. Again, I'm not kidding. The employees act like they are being held hostage at gunpoint. If they are having a conversation with a co-worker, they will spend a minute or two finishing that conversation before acknowledging or waiting on you. DON'T GO HERE. This location deserves to close. Whoever owns it should be ashamed of themselves and shouldn't be allowed to be a McDonalds franchisee.

Everything was cold, burger, fries, and that’s that the fries had fresh grease on them like it was recooked. I wish I seen these reviews first but when you’re on the road you just grab what’s there?
