Went thru the drive thru and ordered McChicken small fries med strawberry milkshake and two double cheeseburger. Was ask to repeat the last thing so I did and waited in line for 10mins to find out when I paid and got receipt the two double cheeseburgers were not even on the receipt.

THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR HOURS . They close well before 12am I got there at 11pm and even 10pm and they were closed . This grinds my gears with any establishment though.

Sat in drive through for 15mins then they had us pull around waited more than 30mins! People behind us got their food before us we had cheeseburgers! The people were rude and service was not good at all. Also our order was wrong!

Wait 10 mins in line to get to order for them to say we aren't taking orders unless it's door dash or online order. Everytime it takes 20mins to even get through the line or move. I do not recommend.

As my wife and I and our three kids sit inside we watched every single drivethru customer come back inside to get their orders fix correctly. We had to get two of our orders fixed and when we ask them to be made correctly ( double hamburger made with one burger patty) they just rolled their eyes at us. The lady at the counter with all the tattoos was sweet though hooked our kids up with drinks. This place feels like nobody gets along and don’t nobody in here care about the people they are serving. All in all we won’t be back to this one but we still love McDonald’s as a whole. Also can someone wipe the syrup off the chairs in here please. Love

Objectively the worst McDonalds in town. Drive through is so slow I had to leave without picking up my mobile order so I wasn’t late for work. I’ve never seen a restaurant that handles a breakfast rush as bad as this McDonalds. Ridiculous.

Place has a platoon of employees and can't get an order right to save their life. Had a line of 5 cars to sit and wait for food around the building. Got home with my food and a simple plain cheeseburger with ketchup was just the bun and cheese. No meat.

Very limited space. There have been times whenever my drink cup was only 50-75% full. Their burgers look like roadkill. The fries look like the oil hasn't been changed in a while. Staff is rude and drive thru is tight space. Staff will do their best to ignore you if you need something. Good luck getting ketchup! I have frequented this establishment many times because I kept giving it chances. Just skip it and head on down the road to one of the other restaurants on St. Joe. Only good I can say is that the bathroom is usually clean. Staff is many times out in the parking lot smoking.
