I come here often because this is the closest location to me , often have problems forgetting items giving incorrect items , long wait time and rude customer service . Today was the last day I will be ever coming there I placed a mobile order a water is not an option as a drink so I ask at the window the lady rudely said “ that’s something you ask at the next window” normally I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews or reviews in general I’ve worked in fast food I know how it can be sometimes so then I pull to the next window and the lady told me her drink carrier was to full she couldn’t make it , it would have to be without ice which makes no sense at all . Was very Rude about it then I get my food I get a unsweet tea instead of sweet and egg on what was supposed to be a regular sausage McMuffin. the food was so sloppy put together this location is horrible staff here is horrible & rude, service is horrible . Place needs to be shut down and new management at this point, considering I’m not the only customer having so much issues with this location normally I would just go on about my day but this was the last straw . Do not recommend this location at all

This place is great from Monday-Friday, but on the weekends it’s very challenging to receive the same level of service I do during the week. I placed an online order at 10:15 & by the time I got to the window because of how long it took to get through the line they refused to serve me breakfast at 10:32 was very disappointing because breakfast is my favorite

Went to grab a quick breakfast today. Chicken biscuit was over cooked and rubbery. The new spicy egg McMuffin with sausage was drenched in sauce. $15 worth of food and it was not fit to eat.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered McChicken small fries med strawberry milkshake and two double cheeseburger. Was ask to repeat the last thing so I did and waited in line for 10mins to find out when I paid and got receipt the two double cheeseburgers were not even on the receipt.
THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR HOURS . They close well before 12am I got there at 11pm and even 10pm and they were closed . This grinds my gears with any establishment though.

Sat in drive through for 15mins then they had us pull around waited more than 30mins! People behind us got their food before us we had cheeseburgers! The people were rude and service was not good at all. Also our order was wrong!

Wait 10 mins in line to get to order for them to say we aren't taking orders unless it's door dash or online order. Everytime it takes 20mins to even get through the line or move. I do not recommend.

As my wife and I and our three kids sit inside we watched every single drivethru customer come back inside to get their orders fix correctly. We had to get two of our orders fixed and when we ask them to be made correctly ( double hamburger made with one burger patty) they just rolled their eyes at us. The lady at the counter with all the tattoos was sweet though hooked our kids up with drinks. This place feels like nobody gets along and don’t nobody in here care about the people they are serving. All in all we won’t be back to this one but we still love McDonald’s as a whole. Also can someone wipe the syrup off the chairs in here please. Love
