Hands down the worst McDonald’s in Evansville. All of the ones that say owners Chip and Katie Kensworthy are terrible but this one is the absolute worst. I had an APP order and waited in the drive thru and at first they took three people from the left sides order and no one from the right. The guy in front of me went inside because he also had an app order that couldn’t be refunded. So after like 5 more minutes I say I just have an app order. Every weekend the dinning room is locked. Place a mobile order and they still can not get it right. The excuse for the dinning room being locked is they are short staffed. What about customers that walk or ride bikes. You don’t allow them to use drive thru but the dinning room is locked. Wonder if the owner knows how much money they are losing. I will not be going back. I will drive to Covert ave where the employees are a lot nicer and their dining room is open.
Went to the drive thru on Bartlett ave Saturday, they had 90% of my order wrong. The manager I spoke with (Hope) gave me a reference number and took my name and said to come back anytime, and they would replace it. Today, I went to the same locations to redeem my replaced order, only to be told my this other “manager’ who was not in any type of uniform, no name tag, and she told me my names not in the book and to pay for my food or
