Ordered a fish sandwich without cheese so if course I will have to wait for that but 13 minutes and the fish was cold fries were gooey and of course we're out of coke. Definitely the worst visit with this location. Recommend you any other location.

This place is a joke. Even if you order 1 burger you will be told to pull to the front to wait. 20 minutes for a burger I ordered on the app before even arriving? 1 order of a smoothie and fries took 25 minutes. Told to pull forward to wait and 20 mins goes by and no one brings anything. Never busy and they still can’t fulfill an order. Worst location in Evansville.

Constantly forgets dipping sauses like, you don't even put the wrong ones, you don't give any that have been ordered. The fries were very subpar and mush essentially. But they are perfectly salted. Spicy mcchiken is perfect. Nuggets were fine would have been better with the sauses if i had gotten them though :[

I went through drive order a chesse burger ask for it to be off grill cook to order I made it clear if it wasn't I didn't want it I got my order burger was old so I came back a second time thinking things might be different there was a bigger guy manager at the window I explained to him what happened before because he was the same person who took my order he assured me it was going to be fresh n walk to the back came back with my bag I pulled off about to start eating it guess what it was old meat I called he said he watch them he lied because u know what new meat looks like when you use to work for McDonald's I'm NEVER going back these people need new managent does anyone know. How to contact there general manager I called today same guy answer the phone refuse to let me speak with anyone are give me names so I'll be making a trip don't say I didn't try to resolve the matter before I act a fool I been nothing but nice but I don't have money to give away for trash

I was asked to pull forward and wait. Are you serious. They proceeded to hand out large coke after large coke. Just drove off. Ridiculous. I guess someone had to run to the store and buy more.
