Ordered curbside. They brought the wrong order 1st after 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes went inside. Had to wait with 5 other people waiting for their food for over 10 minutes. Finally got my food at the counter. Entire order was wrong. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and the staff is too incompetent to do it correctly. Horrible management and staff that don’t care.

Stop burning the mcmuffin buns
Had an issue last week with the drive through lady being super rude, I brushed it off as maybe she’s having a bad day. But it happened again this morning. Because my frappe was wrong. If I wanted to get talked down to by a woman who clearly made a mistake I’d go back to my ex wife.

Not taking 100 dollar bill is just weird. Your telling me your whole store there are not 5 20 dollar bills you can exchange and let me pay my 30 dollar order. Its common sense teenage managers simply cannot comprehend then to pull up to the 2nd window and they guy was so high he could not even make my ice coffee moving at the pace of a literal sloth. Whatever is going on with this shift and the chick with glasses on that said she was the manager needs to be figure it out. Left with half a cup of coffee and no food.

Ordered at the kiosks; no receipt paper, but the order transfers digitally. Makes me wonder why receipt paper is still even in use ... Everything was spot-on, but I'm done with rounding up and being asked.

Before I explain the situation, I would like to preface that I am never one to make a “big deal” out of things, I’m not a “Karen”, and this is actually my first google review on anything ever. I am posting to bring awareness to people to hopefully ensure safety to them.
I went through this McDonald’s and got a Steak, Egg, and Cheese bagel. First one I ever had. I ate about half of it and went in for another bite and seen something shiny. So, I pick it out of the steak and seen that it was glass. Picture below.
I wasn’t angry. I was just like “oh wow. There’s glass in my sandwich.” I complicated even bringing awareness to it. This happen sometimes. It’s just part of it. Just hoping I’ll be alright and move on with my day. Well, I started thinking about others. What if there was more? What if a child ate it and gotten hurt?
So I very kindly notified the store to tell them what I found. I specified that I wasn’t calling for a refund, I wasn’t calling to complain. I was simply just notifying them of what I found for the potential safety risk at hand. The lady I spoke with was not receptive to that information. At all. She proceeded to tell me pretty much that I was lying and there was no way that could happen. I remained patient and understanding throughout the entire conversation. I understand the strain and hard work fast food does take. I have been there myself. I tried to tell her I wasn’t trying to make her day bad, I was just concerned for the safety of others and wanted to bring awareness to what I had found. She continued with aggression, over spoke me, and then hung up.
I’m not sure who to notify from here. I just advocating for the safety of others.
This place is HIT OR MISS. Some days are ran smooth,quick,and friendly,other days seem like it's EVERYONE'S FIRST DAY ON EARTH. It's definitely a RISK of either enjoying my lunch,or returning my order for the RIGHT ONE.

Was handed my order.. I asked if there was salsa in the bag.. I was told yes so I didn't check and left. I go across the street to the convenience store and I dig in the bag and there's no salsa. So I had to go back. Seems like there was a little attitude there at the second window when I received my salsa. Get halfway home. Come to find out my holiday pie ended up a apple pie. I live 20 miles away.. I didn't bother turning around. On the plus side.. The cashier was a sweetie..shared a laugh...the food was hot. Hash brown was crispy. The burritos were good once I got my salsa. Speed of service was fast.. I wouldn't minded a little slower as long as the order was right.

The counter girl argued with me and the next customer.They continually messed up our order. Then when she walked back into food prep area she loudly talked about me and other customers. A terrible dining experience.

This McDonald’s is serving stale cheeseburgers that are not 140°. They’re lucky if they were 90° and they’re stale. They’re old and I ordered no pickles. It should’ve been done new but it wasn’t. and why can’t the kids today subtract six from 20 in their head they need a phone a calculator are you kidding me

I did the curb-side ordering, and it took 24 minutes to get my meal. At the 10-minute mark, I called to inquire and was told they were understaffed, but would have it out shortly. I didn't receive my food for another 14 minutes.
When the food arrived, I asked if napkins were included. She replied that they were in the bag. I checked and there weren't any. She said she would get them and bring them. I never saw her again.
Historically, I have had good experiences at this location, but this review is based on this experience.

My grandmother went here and was treated badly by an employee. She was waiting for her food for 20 minutes and then handed her food just before cursed at by an employee as he was walking away.

I ordered the ranch and spicy wrap and ended up getting a quarter pounder with cheese also asked for sweet tea with no ice and it had full ice. Also, there is nobody at the first window, so I got to the second window and did my due diligence and told them I didn’t pay because there was nobody at the front window. I also asked for a military discount in which there was no reply this place seems like a mess.
