The person taking the money said absolutely nothing to me and wiped her nose on her hand. Then the wait for food was 10 plus minutes and it was the wrong order in the bag.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for diet cokes. Received regular cokes. Threw them away without drinking bc not what I asked for. Fail. Complete fail. will never return.

Several people have reported her as the problem are you guys gonna wait to fix the problem until you can’t staff the place at all? McDonald’s has the lowest grade of employees across all fast food restaurants Look at McDonald’s acting like they care responding with a giving and website address to their basic website not to inquire more if you guys would like to inquire more don’t write on here about it Watch your cameras it’s not hard to tell no one will work with her And she is a big part of the reason you can’t get employees to work their. BERN Shouldn’t be a manager You have so many other better options working there. She also refused to give me her name and said that she’s not allowed to. That’s what I told her she is Supposed to give me her name being the on shift manager you have that right and not giving your name when you’re just a regular employee but when you signed up for a manager position that’s part of it. Big Bern then advised me I couldn’t get my food that was ordered through the mobile app at 10:05 showed up at 10:15 to pick it up She advised me they would have to give me a refund that they couldn’t make it. It was past lunch mind you this food was ordered during breakfast. If it’s ordered during breakfast it should have to be fulfilled not we will put the money back on the card. Secondly BERN the white lady manager said that I would have to have the card that it was ordered with through the mobile app and order for it to be added back to the card if you’ve already taken the money for the food and you can’t fulfill the order it doesn’t matter how you get it back to them if they didn’t have the card, you should have to give them cash at that point it is Your guys mess up no one else’s I didn’t have the card on me that it was purchased with because I bought it on the mobile app. BERN should not be a manager she should be a regular employee. I also saw her eating a big Mac in the back but her attitude she needs to just flip burgers There was about four or five other people that We’re way better candidates as a manager than her just talking to him you can tell. She is very unsanitary didn’t smell pleasant at all do you guys not have a hygiene policy for managers? This happened on 10/5/2025 You guys aren’t gonna replace my melted frappe from having to come home go back up there to get my money, but I’m paying my way to get here and there because She was too lazy to make my food that was promised for breakfast when I ordered at 10:05

The AM manager sucks(older black lady) couldn’t get her name. She’s horrible and has not a clue on how to run a crew, customer service, or anything at that matter . You can place an order and if their system glitches or they make a mistake - she will not make it right. Especially if you order on the app. She will tell you to leave and get a refund . Once you tell her you can’t bc the order is already being processed/made and the app won’t let you , she’ll finally agree to make your order but if you tell her how you don’t appreciate how she talked to you at first, she will then refuse again to make you order and tell you how “ She is the nicest manger here” . She uses her position as “Power”.

Food was on par for McDonald's. Reasonably priced. I ordered double cheeseburgers, 4 of them all made different, and they got the orders correct, which impressed me. The best part was the friendly helpful service I received.

If you say you open at 4am, Be open at 4am. don’t make customers wait an hour then say you are “understaffed” meanwhile you are outside smoking cigarettes and on your phone. you could have EASILY made the food. and also to ask me to get out of the drive through because it runs your numbers up. Maybe be open by the time you say you’re gonna be and stop smoking cigarettes when you should be making food??

I actually drove through to pick up a couple of breakfast items. They have a new steak and bagel sandwich that is really good. Loved it.

Went here for dinner and the lady taking drive through orders is extremely rude and unfriendly forgot sauces and got order wrong but the man handing out orders was apologetic.

They made my mom wait in the car for 45 minutes the coffee was burnt. My brothers tea had a fly in it. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive (short blonde with glasses, heavier set woman). I’m a sales representative at a car dealership right down the road. I’m withdrawing money from the bank on Monday and I’m speaking with a lawyer and the vanderburgh county health department. I want to be responsible for getting that health violation shut down. My mother paid hard earned money to get a quality coffee, she has been buying the same coffee from McDonalds for ten years to claim her taste buds are burnt is absolutely ridiculous. Shame on you all, this is absolutely disgusting and I will be proud when that woman is either demoted or suspended or that place is shut down. I will be in touch.

My husband and I come through this drive thru on a daily basis normally between 10-11. Melissa in the drive thru window always is super polite, lets us know how long if we have to wait on something, and we normally get our food promptly. Customer service is great at this McDonald's!

Says they open at 4am but at 4:34am no one is here still. False advertising. Paid for order online and am stuck. Two other cars were waiting also and gave up and left.
