I just went through the drive thru and ordered a Large Double quarter pounder with cheese (no onions) meal, large Carmel iced coffee and a large chocolate shake. This is the third time in a row that I've only gotten a single party on my double.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in Evansville. All of the ones that say owners Chip and Katie Kensworthy are terrible but this one is the absolute worst. I had an APP order and waited in the drive thru and at first they took three people from the left sides order and no one from the right. The guy in front of me went inside because he also had an app order that couldn’t be refunded. So after like 5 more minutes I say I just have an app order. Some rude chick says we’re busy. 7 more minutes I say something again and she said I said we’re busy. So then I change it to an inside pickup. Wait 15 more minutes in there and some other girl had to get a manager for us to even get our orders because no one was working and they were all talking. I’m pretty sure this location and others by this owner are the lowest paid in town with the highest prices. So maybe if you paid your employees a living wage they’d actually care that your business is ran so bad that people would rather drive across town than come to this business. This McDonald’s is absolutely shameful and I will never come to this one again.

This location I feel does not do enough to tend to the needs of anything's debilitating to their customers there's a ballast in the parking lot that has a light flashing like a strobe light intensely bright that's the back corner of the drive-thru that can throw a person that has seizures into a seizure immediately I tried to inform the lady in the Drive-Thru she said there's nobody here to fix it tonight I explained to her needed to pull to the front of the building to get away from the light and she says please pull forward and shut the window I did not have a seizure but if it's not to say that I couldn't or wouldn't and the others wouldn't either seizures are disability as something out of the control of the person that has them they are very life threatening they're very serious and call serious damage to the person and and intentional damage that person can cause to other instead bystanders I called the store at least 10 times in a row no one ever answered their voicemail was full and they are not accepting calls because their ringers off where's the customer service in customer service restaurant I highly recommend going to a different McDonald's.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, worst night crew at a McDonald's I've ever experienced waited over 30 minutes to finally get my order out. Will NEVER be going back there.

I was in there on feb 24 about 740pm and the lady would not take a homeless guy's order because he had cash.So some lady been a good person order his coffee for him. This is sad when a person has money and he's turned way. I hope that upper management looks in to this. Because this is bad customer service.

absolute worse customer service. I had doordashed food, and they had accepted my order. when my doordasher got there, and had messaged me saying that the place didn’t even take doordash after 10 pm but on the doordash app it said they still took orders and are open. i called mc donalds and the man who answered the phone was rude and seed to not be having it. i explained my situation to him and he said nothing but that we should call back in the morning and when i tried continuing the conversation with him he proceeded to hang up the phone on me!! when i called back to ask to speak to a manager no one answered the phone. worst encounter of my entire life. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOcATION

Terrible overall experience. Ordered in store and waited in the lobby with my 1 year old child for over an hour for our food which was only 2 10 peice nuggets. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes until somebody finally came to speak to me.

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced at McDonald's, and that's already a fairly low bar.I waited 25 minutes total for a curbside order. I called after 15 minutes of waiting and they said they'd have it out soon. Add 10 more minutes which tells me they hadn't even started on the order yet. Of course, the order was wrong and the fries were old and cold. I bring it inside and speak to the manager who seems to not really care about the quality of service because she is being rather flippant towards myself and two other customers, one of which informed me she'd been waiting curbside for 45 minutes and from the sound of things her order hadn't even been made yet either. After spending another 10 minutes waiting for my order to be remade, I was given the order again, with no real apology from the manager for the service, I return to my car, check my double cheeseburger, and it was wrong AGAIN.At this point I left and I will never come back. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I seriously considered telling the customers waiting in the drive through they shouldn't order here either.
