I was in there today and it was the best pizza I have ever eaten. The owner was a very nice guy, very friendly. It was so good I told him to get in touch with bar stools. I highly recommend, I know I'll be back.

The Ziti was less than desirable. The meat sauce was watery and bland. I couldn’t eat the whole order due to the lack of taste. If I had not been starving, I would have taken the order back. This was both my first and last time ordering from Milanos. Very disappointed in the quality of this dish. The garlic rolls were good, but I didn’t pay over 20 dollars for two pieces of bread.

Milano's is simply the best Italian food in Evansville. With amazing lunch deals, the food is always great with the nicest owner who knows his customers and treats everyone like a good friend he's happy to see. I've slowly gone through all the options and have not found anything I or my coworkers (or family) have not really enjoyed. My favorite is the lasagna, which I keep forgetting to take a picture of because when I sit down, I can't stop myself from digging in. Highly recommended!
Service was good and friendly. Food was ok. Don't love it, don't hate it. Garlic knots are great. Disappointed with the meatballs and sauce. One of the few restaurants open on Mondays in the downtown area.

Food was standard Italian fare and was good overall. Only complaint was the lasagna portion was very thin and seemed be mostly cheese and tomatoes. Enjoyed the live music!
The interior has seen better days, but that doesn't affect the food and the food is very good. Highly recommend any of their pizzas, and the few pasta options I have tried have been really good.

I am a lunch time regular. My friends and I are always treated very well. The atmosphere is great and they always provide affordable lunches for students downtown. My personal favorite pizza is the deluxe because it's super flavorable and has the perfect crunchy but not too crunchy crust. Overall this is a great place and I'd highly recommend going. ❤️❤️❤️
