Always good food and always good customer service, at Moe's.
Ordered the new Junior burrito value meal and a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup.
It was a cold, cold day that day and the soup definitely hit the spot and warmed me up!
Junior burrito with chicken, pinto beans, cheese, rice and sour cream was great, as always!
Sweet Tea was great, as well!

Qdoba is way better with portions and not charging for queso on your meal. Today I got a burrito bowl and the rice was hard and nasty. I called in hopes of getting the next lunch free since this $15 meal was so bad and the manager told me I would have to bring it back and they would replace it. I said I couldn't since I was at work and after work I would have to pick up kids and get them where they needed to go. So then he proceeded to tell me to bring it back whatever day I could make it. He also continued to say it was fresh rice and he was looking right at it and there was nothing wrong with it so insinuating I was lying. Unbelievably terrible customer service and I will not be back!!!

Portions have gotten extremely small compared to what they used to be. The Changed the original salsa. Burritos used to be $5 here. They out priced themselves on this product. Ate the burrito and I was still hungry. I have not had good luck at this location. The Bloomington location smoked this one

Food was absolutely amazing, hot and delicious. I had no other complaints besides the atmosphere was a little bit negative. But that comes naturally in food service as I have worked in it for 5 years. So don't blame the employees, blame the environment. I will say that everyone was kind. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the salsa and queso. I also love that they give you free chips and salsa with every purchase. This place definitely does not break the bank, and I highly recommend it.
I will recommend that if you get the nachos always ask for the queso the side. Because if you don't ask for it on the side it will make your nachos soggy.

Got there 30 min after they opened. Ordered a burrito. The chicken was old. The black beans was very old. You could tell it was left over from the day before. Worst Moe’s I’ve ever ate at.
