One member of our party got thick crust and it obviously was not thick crust and they argued that is was. Never got a refill on my water. Food that I got was pretty good. It was mostly just an issue with our waitress.

Well I had not been there in 2 years. Everything started well. Then the food came out.I ordered wings and individual pizza. Ranch was spilled on plate before it was delivered and the pizza came to me Chicago style deep dish but I ordered thin crust. Was never offered a second mix drink. Food was ok but service was lacking.

Expect to wait an hour for your food. Then, when they do bring food they only bring one persons plate so they either sit there and let their food get cold while they wait on everyone else's food to arrive; or they eat in front of the rest who are HANGRY from waiting so long. They did comp 11 bucks off my bill but I really would have traded that for a pleasant experience.

My daughter and I went there for lunch. We had a Thai pizza and a craft beer. Both are awesome. Our server was Becky. She took great care of us. We'll definitely go there again.

We loved it. We just moved to town last week and decided to give it a try for lunch and we were definitely NOT disappointed. We walked in and had zero wait time, the hostess was friendly and sat us right away, our server greatest us almost instantly, We relied on him when asking what to try. First of all he was great, happy friendly and knowledgeable, I wish I could remember his name cause I'd totally recommend asking for him. He recommended that we try the Italian nachos and the pepperoni rolls we got the trio sampler so we could try both we also got some cheesy garlic bread for the kiddo on it also very tasty and we followed it up with some very delicious pizzas and ceasar salads I got a personal thin pepperoni my husband got a personal deep dish pepperoni/sausage and my little girl got a regular crust kids cheese and they were all fantastic. We will definitely be going back.

Old Chicago in Evansville is one of those places that is always consistent. The staff is always professional, the food is always good, and the beer is always plenty. If you are looking for something a little different, give their Thai Pie a try; the cooked broccoli might seem like an odd choice for a pizza topping, but everything blends perfectly in the end.

Great deep dish pizza restaurant. They also have great calzones and strombolis. Excellent beer selection, 30 -50 beers to choose from. Service is usually dependable, depending on the time you visit, the wait time can be longer than you'd expect based on how crowded the restaurant is. My guess is that they try to run a lean staff, which can lead to poor service. The last few times we've been, service has been fine.

No wait at 5:30 on a Friday night was a pleasant surprise! Waitress was fast to take order, bring food, fill drinks, and bring check. Ordered 3 appetizers as our meal and they were fresh and delicious. Pizza rolls were great as always and bacon Mac n cheese bites were to die for!
2nd time in a row with absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Took 3 times to get a simple app that was edible and our entree came out extremely cold in the middle. The manager wouldn't even look us in the face or come to our table when asked.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in town before I moved away. I always do my best to make at least 1 trip when I'm in town. The food is always delicious (try the pepperoni rolls). The world beer tour is a fun way to try beer you'd never otherwise hear of.

This was the first time I have been in this restaurant.i have to say I was disappointed on many levels the food was average except the chicken fried chicken that was burnt crispy and had to ask for them to bring two different things off my order that they didn't bring to the table,the manager didn't seem very understanding about sending the chicken back and said he would simply take it off my bill,no apology or excuses.l the waitress did her job somewhat but had like zero personality. Seriously doubt I would want to stop in here again, not a very friendly atmosphere even from the manager and the food is priced a little high for the quality. This place gives Chicago a bad name,
