When I arrived the restaurant was primarily empty which is common for around 2-3 pm. Each plate, bowl and utensil I was given had previous food grime on it. When I asked for replacements I was given items that were slightly cleaner but still had grime. I worry about the cleanliness of this place especially after seeing that the one on green river had a maggot in its zupa soup recently, which is unfortunately my favorite soup that I LOOVE but I'm scared to order at Olive Garden again. It just seems like the franchise around here doesn't care about the safety of its customers. I would give it a higher rating if I wasn't so grossed out.
Another complaint is that we only got 2 breadsticks, but whatever lol.
The best food ever, Italian!

We had family in town and decided to go eat on the Westside after our son's christmas concert. We were a party of 9. We had a young waitress and bless her heart she did her best to keep up. It was a long wait for breadsticks and our food. When we finally got the breadsticks they were burnt. We had issues with ALL of our food. They were also out of kids pizzas for the night.(7pm) That's never happened before. We eat at the other restaurant all the time. We saw managers walking around enjoying themselves and didn't even offer to help our struggling waitress. When we went to leave we noticed that staff members had a back door propped open and were smoking. When the manager saw us stop and look he literally flicked his cigarette and RAN to get out of our site. We won't be back. This wasn't our first bad experience from this location. Sad.

Sat at the bar as Adult. Server set a party of 10, 6 of which were underage children, in the bar area. I could've literally turned around and handed a kid a beer. Literally one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life

Saw our server 2 times only. The manager refilled my husband drink and another server gave our meal to us.
We go to the Pearl Dr location atleast 2 times a week since they have been open.
This is the first and last time we go to this chain ever.
The manager tried to give us a discount. but we just wanted to pay our and leave.
We will never step foot into this chain again

We've been there twice since it opened and our experiences have been horrible. The first time we went for dinner and waited 15 minutes for our server to make an appearance. Our food was wrong, it was super greasy and the sauce was separating. We just placed a pickup for Alfredo and breadsticks. We had to call and check on our order. We were told 5 minutes. We had to call a second time and were put on hold until we gave up and called a third time. The person on the phone said they gave away all the Alfredo to in store diners and the manager was making more in a sauce pan. No apology. She said do you want the Alfredo or a gift card. We will never go back to this location. I don't see how they're going to stay open.

I will say me and my husband have ate at Olive Garden many times, but at the new location this was our first time and we had the most amazing experience. From the beginning our server was such a delight she welcomed our table with a smile every time , food was amazing never had to ask for anything once and not to mention we were checked in on couple times by what looked like some sort of manager and other servers all always with a smile and positive attitude, after this expierience I can assure you that we will be comming back and the food was amazing

So we came in about an hour and fifteen minutes before they closed. They had a couple tables being served already, and a few people that came in after us. The waitress was quick and friendly, however after we ordered she came back and said they were out of meat sauce and marinara sauce, asked if I wanted two totally different sauces, I declined and said I would just take the meatballs and would eat off my daughter's plate that was getting marinara sauce. She brought me noodles with three meatballs and I used some of what my daughter didn't eat to eat some of my food. The women apologized and I was fine until I saw that I didn't get any type of discount or compensation for not getting everything I was supposed to get. So I paid full price for something that I didn't receive everything to. We still paid the bill and tipped however left very stunned. The food was good.

We arrived in the late afternoon and were seated in the bar area with our young son. At that time, there were no other patrons present. A few minutes later, another couple was seated and received prompt service, while we had yet to be greeted or offered drinks.
Once we finally had a server come up to us she apologized and said that she just didn’t see us. we placed our drink and salad orders, and they arrived a few minutes later. then five minutes after we placed our order, the server—accompanied by the manager—came to our table to inform us that the entrée we had selected was still frozen and would require an extended amount of time to thaw and prepare. He offered a complimentary dessert as an apology, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, when my entrée arrived, the meatballs were cold and slightly undercooked in the center. I only ate one, and afterward experienced significant stomach discomfort.
Overall, the lack of timely service and concerns with food quality made this a disappointing dining experience. I truly hope these issues can be addressed to ensure better service and food standards for future guests. We decided best to skip dessert and asked for the entree waved and the manager agreed.

Ordered Never Ending. When I tried to order a refill I was told I couldn’t. The waitress said it was a rule that you can’t have more than 2-3 bites left on your plate. What? So I got 1 plate of pasta, 2 breadsticks and a small salad and no drink refill. No refills of anything. They weren’t busy and I was by myself so what’s going on? The waitress was making up the rules as the conversation progressed and she knew she was caught. I want to support the west side location but it’s very difficult. I guess I will be making the drive to the east side.
