We were in town for the Eclipse and the day before happened to be my sons birthday. He had never had a blooming onion or been to an Outback! My husband cooks wonderful steaks, so we don't go out much, but I have always said "if you are going to want a good steak without all the overpricing, Outback is where you go." As always the food was amazing and I hold that opinion in high regard. Our waitress, Kirsten, was very attentive to our large group (family from all over the states joined the dinner) as well as the management that even managed to get the newly crowned 12 year to crack more then one smile in his embarrassment!Thank you for a lovely evening and being as reliable for a great steak and more, always!Kid-friendliness: Management had a Dinosaur hand puppet. Its silly, but it really made the moment when being sung too for his birthday.

I thought the food was amazing, best steak I’ve ever had at a restaurant, we got 4 drinks, 3 steaks, 2 lobster tails and an appetizer. The total was less than $115. The price was awesome, and the service was wonderful!

The worst service I had ever received from a restaurant. I was eating with my mom, and she went to use the restroom and asked a waitress at another table if she could have something to drink, not knowing that she wasn't her waitress. The waitress brings us our drinks, and our water tasted like metal. My mom asks her for bread as an appetizer, and she brings it to us with a knife stabbed in the middle of the bread. She was incredibly rude, and quite frankly, scary. It took so long for our food to arrive, and once it did, it didn't even look edible at all. The manager gave us our bloomin onion that we ordered for free, but even that wasn't fresh. Such a disturbing experience ?

Came in was seated in the bar at a booth, and half the staff was watching the basketball game on the tv. Took forever to get our drink order, and it seemed to distract our waitress often. I ordered a bone in NY Strip, and it was pure fat and gristle. The part that was edible was tough even though it was cooked medium. That is the one thing about this steak, it was cooked how I asked for it, but a very poor quality cut of meat. The rest of the food was okay. This place is to high to be inconsistent like this.
We went for our 5 year anniversary, it was a nice place. Never been to one, our server bre was really nice. We ordered the drink that came with a duck for my jeep! A table that cane after us got there food first, was a little worried that our food was forgotten. It did eventually come but everything was cold besides the vegetables on my fiance's plate. Disappointed on that part honestly. Everything else was great.

Kirsten was very attentive and had more personality than a lot of servers I have had. The steak was cooked to perfection. Management stopped by twice not to just check on us but to actually hold a good conversation made feel like I was at my own dinner table.

Waitress and atmosphere were ok. Had to wait about 30 minutes on a Friday night which is expected at an east side restaurant.The food was pretty terrible, specifically my prime rib cut. It had no seasoning and was tough as cow hide. I am a conesseur of Prime rib wherever I go and love to try different versions. The letdown was, well, great. I did not get pictures like I usually do but for $35+ a person, I expected more.The best thing and only reason for the 2 stars for food was the pre meal bread, and the blooming onion.Maybe try a ribeye or another cut of meat next time? Maybe.

Went here tonight to try something new to maybe find a new place I like. The atmosphere was just a regular interior nothing special and we got seated and got drinks. First was the bread which was pretty good. Then we ordered which went fine as well. But when we got the food one of the people of our party received chicken instead of salmon which they wanted. They told the chef and he did nothing. Then the waiter who said they would get it. By that time the manager had came and gave us a free appetizer card and which was useless because we will not come back. By the end we never got the salmon and we just asked to take it off the bill. Once we got the bill they removed the chicken but not the salad. What a waist of money. I got a burger which the bottom of the patty was soggy and the meat was good. Waiter also didn’t really check in on us for stuff. We are not coming back.
