Came in late before closing , the girl at the counter over charged me , (fixed by manager who was ready to go) i guess , the cook lady younger blonde girl threw my bag of food on the counter! I didn’t appreciate that but it was uncomfortable and unpleasant.. Won’t be back to that location & will be contacting corporate offices.

I can't judge the food because I didn't get to eat it. I was there a little over a week ago and the cashier wasn't able to give me a reveipt at the register. She said I would be able to get an ITEMIZED receipt from the carry out people. I was getting reimbursed for lunch but needed an itemized receipt. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for a receipt then the store manager came out and said it was my fault she couldn't find my receipt to reprint it because my credit card had someone else's name on it. I showed her the card with my name on it. Then she said the order was too old even though I had been standing there waiting the whole time. I said "if you can't give me an itemized receipt then I'll just return the food for a refund." She was somehow able to refund the money back to my card even though she wasn't able to find the receipt to reprint it. She didn't even offer to re-ring everything up so she could print a new receipt since the register she was using had receipt paper. I don't know what her problem was but she seemed to really enjoy being a jerk. I won't be going back there again.

Food was good... that's about it! We walked in at supper time. There was maybe 5 tables occupied. There was only a couple clean tables in the restaurant! Finally got my food... when the lady called my name, a young kid behind the counter snickered until he realized I was standing there... also didn't get a cup. Got over there to drink station... out of lids... counter was so wet, every napkin in the napkin holder was soaked. Very little went right... definitely seeing why the restaurant was slow... the dirty atmosphere was revolting and the making fun of people is beyond unacceptable.
The floor is dirty in the dining area as well as behind the counters. There was no half and half, no milk, and no decaf coffee.
