For some reason they've never actually gotten my order done at the right time when I do a future order from the app. Yesterday I stood there waiting for 30 minutes after an order I had put on an hour in advance (future time). ASAP orders tend to be done as expected.“

“I’m from Indianapolis and currently staying in Evansville for work. My coworker took me out for sushi at a local restaurant she recommended, but unfortunately, it wasn’t what she remembered, and we barely ate. Back at the hotel, we decided to order Papa John’s since it was late, and they delivered.
Let me tell you—this was not only the fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced, but it was also the best Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. In fact, it was the best pizza I’ve ever eaten from a food chain franchise! And that’s saying a lot because my family owned 11 Little Caesars locations in the Indianapolis area.
It was so good that we ordered it again the second night, and it was just as phenomenal. The consistency was truly impressive! I even called the store to share my compliments, and the manager, Dylan, was incredibly kind.

“I ordered the epic stuff crust on November 1,2024 and mind you I have never complained about any order until tonight when I got my pizza and it was half cooked the meat would not stay on the pizza and I didn't get my extra cheese like I ordered. I will still make papa johns my go to pizza store so let's get our minds into making the pizza with a little TLC“
