Waited 2 hours for my pizza and then they lost it LITERALLY LOST IT LIKE HOW DO YOU LOOSE A PIZZA ? The girl at the register was rude to everyone waiting and there was definitely some unprofessional things going on inside. This place sucks now , the pizza when I do actually receive it is mediocre at best. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION -

I ordered thru door dash and I called the store and they said the driver was on there way and I messaged the door dash driver and they said they was still waiting on the store to get it ready when originally they said it was going to take under thirty minutes and it’s been over an hour and half I hate to complain but I have a five year old daughter starving to death waiting at the door for them

When I went in it was surprising to see children working there. I did not see a person that looked older than 25. Where was management? No adults present means a poorly run store. Anyway... I am leaving a review because I asked for a 9PM pick up time and I received a notification that my food was ready almost 20 minutes BEFORE my p/u time! Unacceptable oversight! Why?Incompetence and apathy. They all looked unhappy except for the young lady that was smiling and sincerely helpful, working the register and front counter. Also. the store could have been cleaner and more organized, but for the little money they get paid, by ANOTHER corporation that cares more about profit, I do not expect them to do more than the bare minimum. First and last visit. I wish them well. Lord knows they deserve better money and respect.

Last time I went all of the dough was rolled to the crust. Pizza was so thin could literally see through some parts lol. Was 75% cheese and 20% sauce. Got pepperonis pineapple which were all somehow under the cheese so it looked like a cheese pizza. I live near this location but had to start driving to one of the others

I get off work at 11:30pm when not much else is open. The food is good and hot. I haven't had a problem here. The tips are supposed to be split with the staff and i hear the manager keeps them so that's a little crappy.

Orderd a pizza online at 4:00 and requested a 5:15 pick up time. I was notified by text at 4:30 that my pizza was done. I called and spoke with the manager was told the pizza hadn't been processed yet. I believed her, but when I picked it up 45 min later it was clear the pizza was done at 4:30 and I was lied to. Considering that it cost $30 for a large 3 topping stuff crust pizza, I expect it to made when requested.
