When I went in it was surprising to see children working there. I did not see a person that looked older than 25. Where was management? No adults present means a poorly run store. Anyway... I am leaving a review because I asked for a 9PM pick up time and I received a notification that my food was ready almost 20 minutes BEFORE my p/u time! Unacceptable oversight! Why?Incompetence and apathy. They all looked unhappy except for the young lady that was smiling and sincerely helpful, working the register and front counter. Also. the store could have been cleaner and more organized, but for the little money they get paid, by ANOTHER corporation that cares more about profit, I do not expect them to do more than the bare minimum. First and last visit. I wish them well. Lord knows they deserve better money and respect.

Last time I went all of the dough was rolled to the crust. Pizza was so thin could literally see through some parts lol. Was 75% cheese and 20% sauce. Got pepperonis pineapple which were all somehow under the cheese so it looked like a cheese pizza. I live near this location but had to start driving to one of the others

I get off work at 11:30pm when not much else is open. The food is good and hot. I haven't had a problem here. The tips are supposed to be split with the staff and i hear the manager keeps them so that's a little crappy.

Orderd a pizza online at 4:00 and requested a 5:15 pick up time. I was notified by text at 4:30 that my pizza was done. I called and spoke with the manager was told the pizza hadn't been processed yet. I believed her, but when I picked it up 45 min later it was clear the pizza was done at 4:30 and I was lied to. Considering that it cost $30 for a large 3 topping stuff crust pizza, I expect it to made when requested.

Horrible delivery driver. Shame on him for his rude comments and sense of entitlement!!!! When I called to speak to a manager about said experience she seemed to not care and justify this behavior. This location should be shut down as they obviously have no customer service skills.
My favorite place to order pizza from!! I order with white sauce and get speciality pizzas every time I order not one time have they messed up my order or been rude! Better people and ingredients better pizza PAPA JOHNS!!

Ordered a pizza, never received it cause of them not being able to get me a delivery driver. Then called the store the next day asking for a refund, was told a manger would call me back about the refund. Was never called back. Very unprofessional for a company that âdoes things betterâ

I am very upset with this papa Johnâs! They have done this twice now with saying our pizza was delivered but it never was and as we call them they have a âmanagerâ answer and very rude and not helpful at ALL! We have to reorder our pizza bc they want to go through door dash and they never want to knock on our door. So I asked the âmanagerâ to tell them to actually knock (we will know bc someone is waiting by the door and we have two dogs that will bark) and he said he canât tell them that. They always have good pizza but the service SUCKS! So here we are waiting another hour to get food and hopefully it will even come! Why not call us to tell us our pizza wonât even be delivered? Or even actually get drivers that will knock.

Totally Awesome Papa John's Pizza Experience! Eli and Reese took Awesome care of us, made us feel welcomed as if we were family. Eli took my order, and started the dough, while we had a conversation as if we had been friends for years. Same with Reese as he put the string cheese in the dough for our Stuffed Crust Pizza with Sausage, Pepperoni, and Bell Peppers. I am sure the other Papa John's are just as nice, however, we always go to this one as we are always treated like Friends and Family. Stop by and see the crew, as they will be more than happy to hook you up with a Delicious Pizza!!

They were open during the snow storm & fed our whole family so graciously after spending days without power & a warm meal. We are so thankful for the hard work they put in. It doesnât go unnoticed.
