They were open during the snow storm & fed our whole family so graciously after spending days without power & a warm meal. We are so thankful for the hard work they put in. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

I ordered the epic stuff crust on November 1,2024 and mind you I have never complained about any order until tonight when I got my pizza and it was half cooked the meat would not stay on the pizza and I didn't get my extra cheese like I ordered. I will still make papa johns my go to pizza store so let's get our minds into making the pizza with a little TLC

So I have stomach issues where I can only eat light cheese on a pizza asked for a pizza to be like cheese. All they had to do is put a little less cheese on it, but argued that they can’t make it light cheese… Pathetic

This papa johns is absolutely horrible I ordered pizza on Friday night for me and my family and they took 3 hours to bring me the food and brought a complete different order and I just called them bc the night manager told me they would fix it for me that night and I asked if I can get for Sunday and he said yes and I went to call them and they said theirs nothing they can do that I gotta call Tuesday to talk to their night manager to get it fixed and tried calling me a liar

For the third time in a row, our pizza was delivered barely warm. I requested a well done pizza with extra sauce and did not receive either. We have always liked PJ pizza (for years) and have given this location our last order. I think three chances are enough.

THE EMPLOYEE LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE THEY COULDNT GIVE ME A PROPER EXPLAINATION ON WHY THE INFORMATION I CALLED AND GAVE THE STORE WASNT RELAYED TO A DRIVER SO MY PIZZA NEVER GOT DELIVERED.
