Papa John’s isn’t a premiere pizza destination by any means but they do offer a solid value in the, “to go” pizza offerings. We are currently enjoying their two pizza’s with two toppings each special for $20.00. It has become our NFL game Sunday night ritual. We order online and by the time we drive to the location it is ready to go. For the price, we are very happy with the meal.

Ordered carry out supposed to pick up at 750pm. Arrived at store sat there 10 minutes while employees stair at me finally honked still no response. Left without food. Will not return to this location. At 10Pm store calls to find out why order not picked up. Horrible customer service.

Made an online order of the special NY XL Pepperoni pizza. I added extra cheese. Guy at the counter was awesome. Polite and professional. Get the pizza home and open the box to just a xl cheese pizza. Not one Pepperoni. I'm done with chain pizza places. So disappointed.

The staff were yelling at each other when I was picking up. One topping was completely missing from the pizza and another topping was on the whole pizza instead of just half. I'm starting to understand why Papa John's has such a bad reputation these days.

Last 2 times I’ve ordered app says 45-50 minute wait. Has took 1.5 - 2 hours both times. Food was sub par. They have you sign your receipt when you arrive so you’re pretty much stuck waiting. I remembered tonight why I don’t come to this place.

Put an order 6 hours before I needed to pick it up online the beef pizza with sausage the 30 chicken poppers I got were burnt and tasted like pepper and the Honey Chipotle barbecue chicken wings smelled awful it did not taste anything close to the honey Chipotle very sad for how much money things cost right now
I work on the road most of the time and this afternoon I had to stay in a hotel to spend the night and continue on my way the next day and I was already hungrybecause he had not eaten anything that day due to mechanical problems with the work equipment. I ordered an order of wings and some cheese sticks online, the order arrived an hour after the promised time, just 8 minutes by car from the store and everything was cold and not even a single napkin. I hope the tip is good for him since he doesn't deserve it. What a disappointment.

I live less than 5 miles from here and can't get delivery. The house a block up can though. Would get it way more often if I could get delivery. Love their pizza, just hate driving there after working 12-14 hour days. Pizza joint across the highway does though, so I usually end up getting from there instead.
