Ordered a pizza last night and after taking my order they sent it to Doordash. I didn't even know that's possible or how it's even legal tbh. If I wanted to order Doordash or have my food delivered by a Doordasher I would have used that service.

We ordered 15 pizzas for our wedding rehearsal. We placed the order earlier in the day to ensure that they would be ready on time. When our family member went to pick up the pizzas at 6 they were told that they hadn't even been placed in the oven yet. After we recieved the pizzas and went to eat the complimentary garlic sauce and pepperoncini was not included.

I ordered a pizza using the app, and it was easy to place my order and pay for it. I ordered the pizza to be take out, and my pizza was hot and fresh when I got there, like they were expecting me, even when serving my 20oz drink to me. And the food tasted wonderful.
Parking: Parking lot is just right in front of the store. And there's plenty of it.

Waited 25 mins for 2 medium pizzas when they said it was done on the app. Then when I got there they told me it would take 2 mins. None of the employees were hair nets and to top it off I found a hair in my food. Definitely would not recommend.

I have still yet to have a good experience with this particular location. Yesterday I placed an order for wings and a medium pizza. My order was placed through their app for carryout and I was told it would be ready between 7:28 P.M. and 7:38 P.M. which was fine. So I got dressed and made the drive to their location then showed up at 7:33 P.M. just to be told it would be another hour before it was ready. I told them to cancel the order and left. If they needed more time then that's perfectly acceptable but as a business it is their responsibility to inform their customers that they need more time before the customer drives all the way to the location at the set time. They have our phone numbers from the app. If the business cannot respect their customer's time then the business isn't worth supporting. Moving forward, I will go to one of the other locations in the city instead.
Also, unrelated, this particular location is really bad about using DoorDash to deliver their orders instead of their actual delivery drivers that they hire. I do not like that, which is why I chose carryout in the first place.
I'd recommend Papa Johns as a whole but I wouldn't recommend this particular location unless you've got hours to sit in the lobby and wait.
