I usually have a great experience here, but tonight we wanted to try the calzones. I ordered 2 with pepperoni/ sauasage/onions, and 2 with garlic chicken. Got home and discovered only 1 with pepperoni, and 3 of the chicken. So when my husband, who wanted his second calzone, it wasn't here. Guess they were to busy discussing school and couldn't stay on task, and the wait was longer too. Do better boys.

For a young group of employees, I don't think they get enough credit. These kids are learning first-time job skills, so some may not be as outgoing as others. I give them credit for showing up and getting the job done. Don't forget to tip them!

Low supply on our visit, only had a couple selections as far as crust and sizes no option of breadsticks. We did make it work with what they had to offer. The employees working were professional and polite. Hopefully this isn’t a common occurrence as we had not purchased from there in some time.

I was sadly informed this location is the last Papa joint in the area! The service, food, and prices are always unbeatable. Our favorite pizza joint in the Tri-state!Vegetarian options: All vegetable pizza available.Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff won't mind kids while you pick your pizza!
I have sat here and watched people walk out . Because the workers told them that they were not taking anymore orders. This was at 640 pm they don't close until 7 pmYou are losing business. Just to let you know.

This is a carry-out only place with uncooked pizza made to order. Food is excellent and staff is great. They will make any combination you want to take and took at home. Instructions were included. Pizzas were large.

Not doing this anymore. Second time in a row I've placed an order online when leaving work, driven to the store (40 minute drive) and arrived to find that my order hadn't even been started yet. When I told the manager (?) I was there to get my order, he said my pizzas would be the next ones made, but it took another 25 minutes for them to start on mine -- and then they left my second pizza on the counter half-completed for another ten minutes until someone finally (incorrectly) finished it. I had to give it back so they could put the final toppings on it. I've attached a pic of that second pizza, just sitting on the counter waiting to be completed. It's the one above the "pop bubbles" sign -- for some reason the person making it walked away, leaving it there for 10 minutes until someone else came by to finish it (again, incorrectly).

Ordered ahead, waited 30 minutes for pickup just to arrive and find out the order hadn't even been started yet. Then the children working sat and chatted while dividing the tips in the jar instead of getting the order prepped. After waiting another 30 minutes to get the pizzas, the order wasn't even right. Somebody please hire a manager.

This business model is awesome. Their pizzas and salads are super fresh and easy to take away. If you follow their easy instructions your pizza will be perfect everytime. We just got several pizzas for a family Christmas gathering. They were a hit last time. It allows everyone to eat without major cooking leaving more time with family.
