Food was great. Our waitress was Callie C. She was quite rude from the moment we sat down. Didn’t tell us any drinks they had, we had to guess until she finally answered yes. Very standoffish and rude. Very rushy. Never refilled our drinks. Flopped down our food and walked away without checking to see if we needed anything to go with it. Again, food was great. At the end she flopped down the check book and walked away. Yes, literally the check book made a noise as it was hitting the table. Very rude. Would support their pizza but would not support the customer service.

Parkway is one of my favorite west side spots but i was shook when i came back to town this summer a single plain ice cream cone is $4.50?!?!!??? If i remember correctly it was $1.75 the entire time i was growing up. I get inflation but also it’s a plain ice cream cone. Milk and sugar - a luxury ice cream spot - is cheaper than that. SHOOK.

I have always loved coming to Parkway to get their soft serve in the summer…but every year since 2020 they raise the price by like 50 cents. It went from $1.75 to $4.49 for their smallest size. I used to come get their icecream way too often, but now it’s not even worth the price. Will it be $5 next summer? $5.50 the next? When will they cap it? It’s a plain icecream cone… Delicious…but at least do your west side community a favor and keep it affordable because that adds up. If a family of 4 comes and each wants a (plain) cone, that’s almost $20.

Great pizza... arcade games... the temperature is sub-arctic... bring a sweater! I would 100% eat here again though... the pizza is awesome!
Went on a weekend evening. Nice crowd, plenty of room in the large booths & it's a large area that still feels relaxed. We ordered cheesy bread & a Houdini pizza with broccoli added. The waitress was busy, but made sure that we wanted for nothing and was friendly. We felt like we were regulars due to the friendly clientele and staff.The food was so amazing!! We were delighted to learn that they had pepsi products and ordered Mt. Dew which came immediately and cheese bread was maybe two minutes after. Bread was not oily or greasy despite the loads of cheese. We had eaten about 2/3 of our bread when pizza came and it was beautiful!! We almost hated to eat it for how pretty it was, but we got over that when we tasted it. Crispy crust, not greasy and again plenty of cheese, chicken and broccoli. I have stomach issues with greasy foods, this was awesome with no tummy upset! I rarely get to have pizza and I do enjoy it, just can't handle the consequences. I now have somewhere to get pizza and will definitely be the regulars we felt like! We had a 16" pizza, bread & drinks for around $30 with a few pieces of pizza for later, it was a great dinner for a reasonable price in a friendly place. Couldn't ask for more!!The menu prices were current in April of '24 in the photos & no I didn't use a filter of any kind on the pic I took of our meal. (Just that well presented)I would recommend this place to my most discriminating friends without hesitation.

We were there along with a party of 40 other people and we only had 10 in our party. They were extremely busy that night, but they did pretty good considering that a baseball team was there also.
