I went in for the first time today and was there a couple hours working on some stuff. I had the best donut and delicious coffee! There was a worker (who I assume is a manager? Or lead?) who was there (for sure at 2p, Feb 23) that was incredible! He was so kind to the guests… greeting and saying goodbye, patient, and helpful. He was training another worker and was everything you’d want in an employee. Super pleased by my experience! I will be back.

I ordered 6 donuts this morning. 4 gluten friendly, 2 regular. I made allergens known before ordering clear as day to the gentleman at the register. He not only acknowledged me addressing we had allergies but discussed ingredients in one of the glazes to be sure it was safe. He then gave me all 6 donuts incorrectly. He did fix them, however, he fixed my 2 regular donuts then I waited 10minutes for the incorrect gluten friendly donuts, then had to wait another 10minutes for those to be corrected. This seemed to be a trend this morning as multiple customers orders kept being wrong. so hopefully next visit will be better and this was simply a new worker.
The gluten friendly donuts were so moist they couldn’t be picked up had to be eaten with a spoon a fork couldn’t even stab it. Overly sweet and very grainy texture. Won’t order this again. My kids liked the regular donuts. Excited to try the regular food next time in hope it will be better as the atmosphere is great!

Interesting concept, decided to give it a try. New Albany, Indiana location. Customer service was horrible. Ordered online. Arrived 20 minutes later to find drive-through closed. Went inside. Order had not even been started yet. Female employee said she would work on it. I asked the boy at the cash register about the drive- through. He did not know why it was closed. The female stated they were busy and she was "alone". Note that the boy was standing at the the register was doing absolutely nothing. Finally they gave me a box. No coffee, as ordered. The female started the coffee. Then I noticed another item was missing. The woman started on that. The boy continued doing nothing. 2 other male employees appeared, standing behind the counter, chatting with customers, doing no work. At one point, one of them joked he was helping customer morale. I said getting my order would help improve my morale. He smirked at me and, with a smile on his face, began to defend himself! How rude and completely unacceptable. I pointed out that the female was working her tail off and noone else was doing any work. I got my food and left.

I was so excited to find out they had gluten free donuts as my son has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. I ordered a dozen donuts and paid over $50 for them. I pick them up today..... they are so under cooked and soggy it's gross. I make gluten free donuts at home for my son and they are so much better than these! I will not be back .....its a shame a company would sell such a poor quality product for such a high price.
