Just bought a dozen and the people working there were rude and went in the back and took a long time then brought my order out these are not layered donuts they are plain old hard donuts with sloppy frosting and whipped creme
The box had frosting all over it and these were nog layered donuts like j ordered before! What has happened to the P.CB Location it’s terrible nothing in the case at counters they go in the back room and Greg old stale ones and sells to you gif 38.00 for a dozen!!
You should see this mess I was sold ! I want to take them back but don’t want the drama!!

i just saw an older man walk out of the store because no one was getting his order. very poorly staffed. also the donuts arnt ready anymore so it takes them 30 or so minutes to make them. kinda annoying.

These donuts are not for the faint hearted. One donut can be shared for two people they are that big. The toppings are so fresh and so many to choose from. Highly recommend trying one...or a dozen.

Parlor Doughnuts is outstanding! It's the definition of a hidden gem and I'm glad I came across it. The doughnuts are soft, delicious, and huge! You definitely get your money's worth. The coffee is outstanding as well! The restaurant is very clean and charming, the service was friendly and efficient, and all of the prices were very reasonable!

While I love the variety of donuts available, the dirtiness of this location is enough to make me not come back. When I went inside, there was a terrible smell coming from the direction of the restrooms. Inside, the floor was sticky and littered with trash. Outside, the building is dirty with peeling paint. My family and I were going to sit on the outdoor table and chairs, but they were covered in bird poo and the wood was peeling off the table and chairs and stuck to our hands.
Customer service was okay, but nothing special. I asked several questions that the staff didn’t have answers too and ended up finding them out online. Overall, I probably won’t be back. Donut Bank right down the road is 100x better.

Coffee and Kronuts are fantastic but the service is terrible, it doesn't matter if you are the only car in the drive through expect to wait at least ten minutes for a coffee.

Twelve dollar acai bowl, five slices of strawberries, four banana slices. There was a ten minute wait on this and it's not even a portion of fruit. Five slices of strawberries, so, a singular berry, and four slices of banana, one fourth of a banana. Plenty of granola though, none of the advertised ingredients even equate to even the most modest of portions. No spoon or napkins were provided.

Why did I not eat here sooner!! This will be my go to sweet shop stop from here on. I ordered a large latte, passion mango refresher, a honey glazed doughnut as well as the french toast doughnut. Delicious!

The location I visited had a large 1776 flag on display. I thought it might be no big deal so I still purchased doughnuts but afterwards I researched and see the founder is alt right. The 76 flag was seen at the January 6th insurrection. I reached out the company to get clarification as to whether or not they are displaying those flags in support of the insurrection and they did not respond. Posting here in hopes to receive a response/explanation.
