You would expect a donut place to have donuts ready upon opening. But not this place. I went there both Saturday and Sunday and asked for mini donuts and both times they weren’t ready and the workers stated it would be a while. So I took my business to Donut Bank. As a company you should give your employees more time to make donuts and open later or have them come in earlier. This is not the first time it’s happened. But disappointing it was 2 days in a row so now it’s time to speak up.

First time trying Parlor doughnuts. I bought a dozen and my first one was mallo cup. A very good doughnut and I'm excited to try the rest of the flavors as soon as I can find room to eat another one.
I'll definitely be buying more of the doughnuts.

Amazing donuts! I got the variety six pack and hands down best donuts I’ve ever had. It for sure is like a croissant texture with a light brown sugar sprinkle around the whole donut and topped with their amazing toppings. It’s a nice balanced treat!

This was the absolute best donuts I have ever had!!!! Their maple bacon blows any other maple bacon donut out of the water!!!!! The chocolate w/ peanut butter drizzle was perfect, French toast was amazing , the strawberry shortcake was soo good and the holiday with white chocolate ginoche was 🔥!!!

The donuts were absolutely delightful, I wish I could say the same about the service. Sadly, we were greeted immediately with a poor attitude and pressure from the girl at the front. I asked about vegan donuts as their sign on the showcase said something along the lines of sorry we’re out of vegan donuts. She let me know they did have some, thankfully. So we were glancing around trying to figure out what to get. She told me that the vegan donuts had to be made in the back so to tell her what I wanted ahead of time. The intentions were great but she just came off as rude and pressuring. So I hurried and let her know what vegan options I wanted made as she seemed bothered we didn’t know what we wanted from the second we walked in. She comes back after making them and proceeds to help the rest of my family who were all going to get some of their non vegan donuts. They let her know we’ll get around 6-8 total (which they were including the 3 vegan donuts) and she had told us it’d be cheaper to just do a dozen. So we went from trying to get 3-5 nonvegan donuts to having to get a whole dozen as she didn’t let us know until later right before the transaction that the vegan donuts didn’t count towards this dozen. So after already filling a whole box we just felt awkward rushed and pressured to keep those donuts. The lady already seemed like she hated her life and was also snippy with my mother in law for her wanting a donut on the right side of the showcase and the employee refused to get it right away because she wanted to start from the other showcase and said it very rudely. Overall I’m just not very happy with the service here. That will prevent me from returning, which is sad because the donuts were good and the atmosphere inside is beautiful. Management needs to work on training your employees to fake a smile and at least pretend to be nice when you have customers in the store.. Because this girl was as far from that as you can get and I ended up with a $50 bill instead of about $30 because of this damn dozen donut mix up and felt like I was just stuck with these donuts. $50 for donuts and 2 coffees when I wasn’t expecting to pay anything close to this amount. That’s insane! ??
