Recently had the distinct pleasure of speaking with the staff in the drive through department. I am impressed with their professional phone etiquette especially on a early Sunday morning. The staff was very respectful of my time and paid attention to details. I will shop here whenever my trucking company sends me this way again. Placed order for several dozen donuts for an event over a week in advance and paid for delivery. Received email the morning of event we ordered donuts for (not a phone call) that they were canceling the order. Upon calling them, they said they didn’t have delivery person. Then they contacted us and said they found another delivery person. Then they canceled the order again. Thank god we had other food lined up for our 9am event since Parlor could not fulfill order which we had to submit a week in advance.

I just tried Parlor Donuts for the first time. I ordered a cream filled coconut and the cookies and cream. THEY WERE DELICIOUS! And HUGE! My husband and I were only able to eat 1/2 of each. The flakiness of the donuts was incredible…like a croissant. The combination of flavors and the texture of the donuts was unexpected. We will definitely be back for more. And I wasn’t aware of the many other options on their menu. It is a nice addition to our community.
Asked for a yeast donut in the drive thru. Waited. And waited. The girl finally came to the window and took my $5 bill, handing me my change and then the bag with what was supposed to be my donut within seconds of one another. Because I felt rushed at that point, I still had my bill change in my hand when I took the bag and she reached for the change in my hand with such a sense of entitlement it was amazing. I said - Nope. Opened the bag as I was driving off and it wasn’t even a yeast donut, but a croissant. How does one who works at a donut shop not understand the difference in a plain croissant and a yeast donut. Won’t be returning. No donut (or croissant) is worth that kind of stupidity.

You haven't tasted doughnuts until you've had theirs. Then you can't go back to anybody else's. These are fantastic! This is a must-go place if you ever visit Evansville! Staff is friendly and the food is good. Try their chorizo breakfast tacos as well.
This is an xcellent place for digital nomads and with great Wi-Fi.

Looooved the masculine atmosphere and the coconut donut was amazing. We only interacted with the register staff and it was okay, nothing friendly, just doing her job.
So excited to see a 5 layer doughnut in the local area! Absolutely delicious! It’s a must if you’re in the area…or make the drive 😍
