Always LOVE food at Parlor. Although today, we went to the Main Street location and had a very unfriendly service experience. One of the girls was working the register and doughnuts, while the other was making coffee. There was four of us who ordered a coffee, 3 with no whip cream and one with. The woman working the coffee called out the name of the drink 3 of us ordered, but it had whipped cream. She proceeded to tell her coworker (cashier employee) that one of them was ours, and they both grew confused. One of us said “we all had no whip”. Meanwhile, there was only two other customers in the store who ordered HOT coffees, so it was also niether of there’s and the to go orders are on the far side from where we were, so not a to go order either. The woman working the coffee proceeded to seem very annoyed that she made our order wrong and had to remake it. We waited patiently for the rest of the coffees to come out and watched her tell her coworker it was our fault. After 3 of the coffees came out, we had to tell them we were still missing one because they seemed to be done making any orders. Once we got the last coffee, it was the wrong one. Very upsetting experience with staff as we felt we were an inconvenience to their time because of a mistake they made.

Workers were very rude. Completely forgot about my drink, make many drink for people that ordered after me. I asked about my drink and she responded with “I know”. Then proceeded to make my drink completely wrong and give me a drink I didn’t order. 12/19/25 morning shift needs to be looked at.

YEP. I’m in love. Some of the best donuts you will ever have in your life. Seriously. It’s so hard to pick a flavor because they are all scrumptious. Even the prices are great. The coffee is really good too and the layout of the store is so cozy and classy. Highly highly recommend

I ordered an avocado taco for my girlfriend who doesn't eat pork picked up the bag and brought it home only to find out it had bacon, after saying they would refund it they never did and just contribute to ignore me everyone I bring it up. Your food is too expensive to just let stuff slide

The coffee was excellent, the building and decor very pleasant. Evansville main street was near dead and nearly everything was closed. For 300,000 population it feels like a very sleepy commuter town who's population has abandoned its own centre.

I just tried Parlor Donuts for the first time. I ordered a cream filled coconut and the cookies and cream. THEY WERE DELICIOUS! And HUGE! My husband and I were only able to eat 1/2 of each. The flakiness of the donuts was incredible…like a croissant. The combination of flavors and the texture of the donuts was unexpected. We will definitely be back for more. And I wasn’t aware of the many other options on their menu. It is a nice addition to our community.

Just bought a dozen and the people working there were rude and went in the back and took a long time then brought my order out these are not layered donuts they are plain old hard donuts with sloppy frosting and whipped creme
The box had frosting all over it and these were nog layered donuts like j ordered before! What has happened to the P.CB Location it’s terrible nothing in the case at counters they go in the back room and Greg old stale ones and sells to you gif 38.00 for a dozen!!
You should see this mess I was sold ! I want to take them back but don’t want the drama!!

First time trying parlor donuts. It's not your average donut it's more like a croissant donut. I tried two today. One is a chocolate turtle. The other one is called a Sandy Beach. They were delicious. I will come back.

The donut and coffee were decent, but I visit coffee shops to work and enjoy a different atmosphere, and this was not a pleasant experience. I was hit with an overwhelming stench of dirty mop water when I arrived. The shop has such a cute vibe, but it felt dirty. Many of the tables had crumbs and food smears. I also couldn't tell if the tile floor was filthy or stained from age, but given the smell I had to wonder if a scrub with a clean mop might have helped. It was also too warm in there. It's cute and they have decent food and coffee, so I am glad others like it. I don't plan to return, though.
