Couldn't get anybody to come to the table to get our order. The two guys I saw their look like they didn't really want to be there. So I just got a beer. This group of six comes in and the waitress appears out of nowhere and takes their orders. Had good service here before but not tonight.

The food was good. The service was poor, it appeared there was not enough wait staff. The drink order was delayed, and then it was incorrect. The servers were nice but had too many tables. It was busy. It was very hard to have a conversation with the noise level. Asked for check and ordered desert, cake that took 20 minutes to get delivered. Never offered refill on water.

Should be called Poophole.

Smelled like toilet water as we walked in and there was a bucket catching water from the roof in the middle of the floor. Kitchen looked disgusting with trash overflowing. Dark and dingy. Stay away - we immediately walked right out.

Great local bar with good drink prices and cheap food. Nice and close to the Hyatt and Holiday Inn.

The service, food, drink and atmosphere is always pleasant. The bar appears to promote a social environment. Or, it appears to me people who like people like Peephole. I am excited to further and deepen my interactions with Peephole.

This is a small hole in the wall bar that sits on the corner slot of a large shopping area. We went in, not knowing what to expect, and we were pleasantly pleased. With inflation causing price rises everywhere, this place said to hell with that and kept their prices nice and affordable. I got the chicken tenders, and for 6.50, I got a huge portion of tenders. We had a party of 4 and the food and drinks cost us around 35 dollars. It's insane to think about considering a trip to mcdonalds or other chains that will cost the same amount, and the food quality won't be near as good. The fried pickles were great. The tenders were nice sized, hot, and juicy. The onion rings were excellent. When we are back in the Evansville area, we will for sure be back!

Ordered appetizers, and we got a lot more food than I was expecting. It's definitely worth the money.

This place used to be a dive, but now it's trendy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is classic bar fare, but it is done excellently.
