Penn Station East Coast Subs

Not a review person, but was blown away with service today and felt the need to reflect on it. Tom’s customer service was unbelievable. My wife and I are frequent visitors here, and have never seen Tom before but he was very polite, direct, and helpful. Saw a previous review saying he should be manager soon, and I’m not certain if he is this locations manager, but he is someone who should be a face for Penn Station. Very very respectful person. Tom, thank you for the wonderful experience, sandwiches, and fries!!

Had a great meal here last week—Tom and the crew are the best! Nice to have friendly people behind the counter who will go the extra mile. The Italian sub remains one of the best sandwiches of all time.

I have that one thing I go to a place for. At Penn Station, it’s the artichoke sandwich with grilled chicken. I don’t typically eat fries, but I do here. I’m telling you, it’s so good. The guys working hard behind the counter are never too busy to make you feel like you’re the customer they’d been waiting for all day. Just want to say thanx for being real.

my veggie sub was absolutely delicious and satisfying. Tommy cooked my food to perfection, And Ryan’s customer service was amazing. Both of these guys were professional, nice & truly a blessing to me this evening thank you guys so much.

Mike at Pen Station was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. His helpful attitude and great customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who takes the time to make customers feel valued, and Mike definitely did. I’ll absolutely be coming back – thanks for making my visit such a great one!

Everything was great! but it was quite warm in the dining area. I had heard the a/c had broken from someone else a few weeks back and it seems it is broken or barely working. For the employees sake please get it fixed soon.

I wanted to recognize this manager at this store location. His name is Thomas. Every time I visit this store the customer service is phenomenal. Thomas is very personable and friendly, same with the staff. The food is always of quality and I never hesitate to recommend this location. Great work!
