Don’t DoorDash here. It’s extremely expensive for less than mediocre food. Usually, in store the food is great. Delivery is terrible and it costs 3x. No thanks.

Ordered reg size Philly cheese and reg size Ruben, customer service was great, cleanliness great, problem very little meat on the sandwiches, loaded with salad fixing, at the cost of 33.85 ?

It's good, but it seems pricey for what you get- it’s pretty greasy and the lady always working is incredibly annoying. I don’t want to go in if I see her working.

Good food to eat, fries were fresh. Price point for a sub is too much in my opinion. Yes I paid the $22 for a large sub, and fries. After covid prices suck.

Well i used to work here ..and i seen stuff that the public should kno.. they have a bad fruit fly problem they are infesting them selves in the bread that they use to make sandwiches.. everytime i would get a loaf from the back it would have the flies all fying around inside the bags that they are held in ... they dont wear hair nets and i have also found here in my fries ..ask jamaica she refunded me for that experience.. BEEN PRAYING TO GOD .. AND HE SAID GET THIS OFF MY CHEST. Think they need to focus on food safety.. instead of keeping up with inflation and there high prices ..

This place is ridiculously slow! Ordered a small cold Classic Italian sandwich + a large lemonade. Waited well over 15 minutes. Next time I'll just go to McAlister's Deli across the street.

It was our first visit to a Penn Station before and the experience was phenomenal! Thomas and Zach (sp?) were both very helpful and courteous while we chose our subs. Thomas made an excellent suggestion on the cheese steak and both my wife and daughter got subs that they loved! The restaurant was clean, all the staff was professional and nice, and the food was superb. We will be visiting again!Kid-friendliness: Thomas made sure my daughter felt included and spoke about his own daughters while getting our order together.

Fiance and I went yesterday. Kinda busy, but too bad. We order, sit, and wait. They bring us HALF of our order. We wait. They hand out everyone else's orders, still not ours. So, we go to say something. We're waiting for the other sandwich, and fries. She just went "oh". Took them awhile, but after 20 mins, we finally got everything. Her sandwich had the wrong bread though. We didn't bother to say anything else. I've been in fast food for Decades. I understand mistakes happen. But not ONE "I'm sorry. Oh wow, we screwed up, etc". Just "oh", and had to ask her manager.... Wow... I'll think twice before going there.
