My pizza was delivered with No notification so my pizza sat in front of my door for who knows how long. I also ordered a thin crust and got a pan crust. Called several times for a manager but Noone could be reached. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I ordered stuffed crust pizza n boneless wings on Jan 4 around 11:30 pm from your Green River road location. It was supposed to be half pepperoni half sausage when it got to my home the wings were not even totally coded with sauce they were also cold. But worse than that we got two pieces into it and found a hair ...today is it the 6th of January I have been trying to get ahold of a store manager I'm not got to speak to anyone but somebody that works for a call center that's not even located in Evansville this is the worst service I have ever received from an establishment I have the food i have my receipt and I want my $30 back I SPENT on A PIZZA N WINGS

Food was arrived 27 minutes after estimated arrival time. Food was burnt and cold . Ordered sauce and it wasn’t received. I did go into the restaurant the next day and the manager on duty was very nice and DID issue me a full refund. Considering this is a newly remodeled under new ownership establishment they need to do better.

Absolutely the worst I've ever experienced! I placed my order 20 minutes prior to closing, received confirmation of the order, then Pizza Hut canceled the order after charging my credit card. Never received the order. I will never order from them ever again.

Drive thru for personal Pan after lunch. They were out of Italian sausage so got pepperoni. Crust was very thick and not done. Still trying to find the pepperoni. The personal used to be my favorite but there was nothing here I could eat.

After craving Pizza Hut for what felt like forever, I was delighted to find this location that so happened to be nearby! For starters, the place was packed as there was a birthday party with about 20-30 people! However, I congratulate the staff on service, even though they were short on workers, we received our food rather quickly! Staff was also very nice and handy whenever we needed something! Food was amazing as always and cooked to perfection! Would definitely recommend and would come again!
Always forget items and can never get ahold of the store the night of delivery to fix the issue or redeliver missing items. When door dash delivers the food is cold and not worth it. Won't order from them anymore!

Worst place you get food. Staff is rude and they don't communicate. Had 3 different people ask if I needed help at drive thru windows and they still gave me the wrong order and messed up my order. I ordered delivery and was scheduled for 11 AM and it didn't get here until 11:30 AM when I'm literally 3 minutes away and after I called to find out where my pizza was the person that answered my call was super rude. Don't go to this crappy Pizza Hut location. They don't know what they are doing.
