The lady at the register was very rude but the lady in the drive through was nice. We tried walking in and she signaled very rudely to go around to the drive through when a customer was inside.

The buffet was empty when I showed up, but they assured us multiple pizzas were on the way. Barely got to grab any pizza because there was so many people waiting for the buffet to get restocked. Breadsticks, cinnamon sticks and pasta was never restocked in the whole hour I was there even though it was empty. For $18 it wasn’t worth my time or money. Hope things get fixed soon because I really enjoyed the buffet back in the day. I can’t blame the associates though, they were short staffed and only had 3 people. But upper management needs to hire more staffing so the workers aren’t stressed and overworked.

Everything is terrible here. They forget your drinks or an item and expect you to be ok with it then say you can’t have your money back that they can just credit your account. Like I’m out of town in a hotel that doesn’t help me tonight. This has happened at this location more than once. They outsource to DoorDash and said it’s door dashes fault not theirs. No the restaurant needs to take owner ship and make it right for their customer. I didn’t order through door dash I ordered directly to Pizza Hut.

I don’t care what anyone says best Pizza Hut ever! I used to not be a fan of Pizza Hut but as of lately, I’ve really become a fan of it.
Me and my family will go to this specific Pizza Hut and we’ll have dinner or just to have a get together and everyone is so polite with us, they greet us and there always right on it. Everything is just 100%! Wish we could make it there more on Tuesdays for the double buffet but things happen, Absolutely love the salad bar to its fire!

Delivery was 25 minutes after what they stated on the website. Food was COLD! Breadsticks were missing. Tried calling store 6 or 7 times no answer. Will never order from Pizza He'll again!

I ordered my family pizza for dinner tonight on the app and went to pick it up when the food should have been ready at 7:50. The door was locked and it looked like only one employee was in the building. She was sitting in the dining area playing on her phone. I lost out on around $50 and my food because your employee was too busy scrolling to get me my order. Terrible customer service.

This location is newly remodeled and very attractive with some outside patio seating. I have not been to a Pizza Hut in more than 10 years and decided to give them a try after I noticed they had reinstituted their lunch buffet which would give me a great chance to try out multiple of their Pizza options in one go. I arrived 30 minutes after their buffet had started and then hung out for an hour to see how their lunch rush would impact the buffet. At $17 for the buffet and a drink they are pricier than their nearest competitor CiCi's. There was a strange dichotomy in their employees, as their employees were extremely efficient at clearing tables, cleaning up trash, and stocking the buffet, all while looking surly or even angry at moments. Ultimately, in today's service industry the surliness didn't bother me I was more impressed with how efficient they were at maintaining the restaurant as that is a rarity these days.
The buffet itself consists of one very traditional salad bar and one warm Pizza section. The salad bar had what looked like an iceberg lettuce blend or just iceberg lettuce. Surrounded by 8 to 10 salad dressings and 8 to 10 toppings. When I arrived before their lunch rush The pizza warmer had two half pizzas on it; 1/2 was a pepperoni sausage ham and the other was a veggie. In addition to the flat top area where the pizzas are placed there are locations where Pizza Hut breadsticks, cinnamon iced breadsticks, and Pizza pasta were held. During the hour that I hung out and watched the buffet, they never varied from simple pepperoni, cheese, or veggie pizzas.... Occasionally adding one extra meat like sausage.... The only changes seemed to be in whether they were serving their pan crust, original crust orphan crust. They did not at any point place any of their specialty pizzas on the buffet such as a buffalo chicken or a bacon ranch. The pizza was kept fully stocked once the lunch rush kicked if a little cold as it seemed the warmer may not have been turned on
This next part is more subjective as it has to do with my own personal preferences towards Pizza. I sadly do not find their Pizza to be worth the money spent on it. Despite fond memories of personal pan pizzas during my youth the reality of their current flavors are lacking. They use a large amount of what tasted like soy or soy blend oils in their pans to cook their pizzas. These oils are neither healthy nor taste great. The pizza sauce that Pizza Hut uses is also not great, having bitter overtones and lacking the bright floral flavors of tomato sauces made with either fresh tomatoes or San marzano canned tomatoes, it also lacked any notable seasoning such as basil oregano or thyme which are commonly found in Pizza sauces. Lastly, the cheese that they use despite advertising 100% mozzarella was lacking that unique fresh mozzarella flavor and tasted more like something heavily plasticized and very bland. Overall Pizza Hut despite the remodel and fresh new look seems to be stuck in the highly processed past and in my opinion is not worth a visit.

We got a supreme pizza and it was the worse pizza I’ve ever had. It was dry, almost no sauce and lacked toppings. So disappointed

30-45 minutes waiting in a drive thru for a pizza ordered in advance.
No explanation on why.
Charged me for sauce I never received.
Pizza and breadsticks inedible.
Loving the lunch buffet.
Walked in for lunch buffet behind another couple and after they checked out the lady working said “I’m not cashing out anyone else today, no one has been tipping.” Loud enough to ensure myself and the two others I was with heard her. She just gave us tickets and said “just check out with me when you’re done, I want to make sure you have the best service.” She only came around and picked up our dirty plates. Never asked if we needed anything, wanted anything special or if the food was ok. Was visibly irritated when we didn’t tip, but she didn’t do anything for us.
Food was mediocre, and not worth it for $32 for two people for a tiny buffet, that wasn’t kept up with as far as pizza being available.

I ordered a pizza and a 2 l Pepsi and I ordered two sauces cheese sauce and marinara sauce I didn't get any of my sauces that I had ordered but yeah I got the pizza in the Pepsi so I can't even enjoy my pizza the way I like it and it was after work so they're already closed now and I can't even turn back and get it. I did spend around $20. How upsetting
