Pizza Hut can't sell pizza when their damn doors are locked! Very disappointing!

Ordered the Big NYC 6 slice pepperoni, bread sticks and Pepsi! Was delicious and service quick driver she was awesome!

They did not have their lights on so it was hard to find the store. The customer service was also poor cause not all the people are trained on the drive thru.

It took them almost 2 hours to prepare 1 big dinner box. They contracted the delivery to door dash. The order wasn't properly packaged and no safety sealed were placed on the box. The pizza was definitely NOT hot or even warm. I tried calling the store several times, they just specifically were not answering their phones at all. I won't be using them at all in the future, as they don't want the business I'm assuming. Would give 0 starts if possible, not an option.

Trash, don't waist your time. They don't even answer the phone after they ruin your order. Calling corporate tomorrow since they don't have enough class to answer their phones.

This is the best one in Evansville area they never mess up and make the best cheesesticks and the food is hot.

My pizza was supposed to have pepperoni, Italian sausage, & bacon. The ENTIRE pizza had 2 pepperonis TOTAL & 1 single bacon bit on the the ENTIRE pizza. Almost no sausage either. 5 of 8 slices had 1 or 2 sausage pieces. 3 slices had no sausage at all (or any toppings at all.) This pizza literally had the fewest amount of toppings I've ever had anywhere from anwhere in my life ncluding frozen pizzas.

Ordered the new Spicy Lovers Veggie pizza. I first want to point out that I didn't modify my pizza in anyway just ordered it how it's originally supposed to be. I get all the way home and see that they forgot the red chili peppers. I call and head back out to burn thru more gas get back home and realize this time my replacement pizza is missing the fiery flakes seasoning and is undercooked the veggies still taste raw. Poor management and waste of money. Don't advertise specialty items then not train your staff properly. ?
For birthday parties, the kids love this place.Not only is the food bar kept looking and tasting fresh, but they keep it clean as well.The see through play area for children is similar to other indoor play areas with climbing and playing as the priority, making much needed parent time easier.The pizza has been just right with every visit over the years and the staff has been friendly and courteous.

I thought it was bad enough when 3 locations within a 10 minute drive from my house stopped servicing the area. I was apparently very wrong. I ordered from the Green River location and had to wait in the drive thru window for over 10 minutes because the "chef" didn't realize I ordered a stuffed crust pizza until the order was almost complete. That's not the end of my most recent experience. I get home and the family sized pasta I got was obviously tilted or flipped over. What little amount of cheese and sauce was in there ended up on the cardboard. Imagine having your family eat mostly dry nasty pasta. That's what you can expect from this chain and this location.

Phone app kept crashing as I was attempting to order carryout on my way home. Go there to place the order in person and dining room is closed atv6:30? Drive thru was at total standstill. Tried to order for delivery from my tablet after I got home and it wouldn't take any of my cards. I don't like giving my card info over the phone. App obviously needs work. Your competitors app, product and service was amazing!

I order from the Pizza Hut by my house quite often for my 2 teenaged boys as it's diff8for me to stand and cook. I always order on the app so I get my rewards toward the next "free" pizza & the boys will walk up to the drive through window to pick their pizzas up. Since Covid-19 this location has had a difficult time getting anyone to work there inside the store and we (usually the boys) have often been there when the staff was so short there was only 1-2 people in the store working !!!! The pizzas are still made correctly over 95% of the time we order and the workers apologized for the 2-4 minute wait time explaining (NOT WHINING OR COMPLAINING AT ALL) that they are the only ones that showed up to work. They even laughed about it. I don't know their names YET but plan on finding ding out so I can ask that they receive a special recognition !!!In short, these kids are doing an excellent job.(I don't get delivery from here as I live right behind them, so I can't say how the delivery service is.)
