It took them two hours to get my food here I order a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and breadsticks. The cheese pizza did not have the extra cheese that I ordered and was burnt. On top of that, it was all cold

Cashier asked my husband twice if he wanted to tip on a carry-out order that we pre-paid online for and he drove out to get himself… Tip culture has gotten severely out of hand. We will not be going back to this location.

Order #8106485 / Placed 11/26/2024 online / Arrived to location at 7:05 PM and there was 5 customers in lobby waiting for their order. Coworker working counter, wearing red hat and red shirt was struggling to get correct orders to customers. He gave two pizzas and order of bread sticks to a customer who left, only to return a moment or two later stating it was the wrong order. The coworker then told another customer it was their order and proceeded to give the returned/incorrect pizzas that had already left the building with another customer, to the customer who was waiting..... What kind of food safety situation is that? I waited another 10 minutes or so, at this time 8 people in the lobby all waiting for their order. At this point, 15 minutes in the lobby (never greeted by anyone working there) and seeing NO ONE was being given correct order, I proceeded to leave. This can all be verified by reviewing the security footage from 7:05 PM - 7:20 PM central time. It should be very easy to see the pizza order sent out, brought back, and given to another customer. I used the Pizza Hut Chat to make them aware of the situation but I feel the concern of food safety was downplayed. I also asked for DM call. Feel free to look through my other reviews, this review is factual and should be heavily reviewed by management/middle management over this location.

Ordered with 1.5 hrs notice. We got a notification saying our order has been cancelled when it’s supposed to be delivered. Wife calls, she’s told “we ran out of dough, sorry, bye” and hangs up! Worst service ever, this is the second time we’ve been told this. I guess I should’ve learned the first time. I’d be embarrassed to own this location! I’d be even more embarrassed to be an employee here. I’d leave a zero star rating if I could.

So I ordered from this store yesterday at 9:18pm (keep in mind the store doesn't close until 10pm) using the mobile app, and after completing the order it was confirmed and said it was in the oven. After 11pm it still showed in the oven and was never delivered, so today (still no pizza delivered obviously) I tried calling the store directly over 10 times to no avail. In short, the customer service at this store is mediocre, has been the last 2 years or so, and they don't want to do their job by just simply answering the phone to avoid getting ahold of their higher ups. I won't be ordering from this location anymore, cause even when they do deliver the order it isn't usually right or it's made poorly/sloppy.

Like any real red blooded American, I need fuel to power my July 4th celebration. And the only thing that rings my bell of Freedom is an absolute perfect pineapple pizza and bombastic bread sticks from Pizza Hut.

And it was exceptionally special this independence day, as I had the distinct pleasure, nay, the honor, nay the privilege of meeting their district manager Crystal. And when I say she made me feel at home and welcome. With her million dollar personality, and 5 star customer service, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We placed our order in store not over the phone. I repeated our order to assure it's well communicated since our past visit was a disaster. Todays order was 1 personal pan cheese pizza, a regular bread stick order, 1 pepperoni melt (aka: calzone) 1 meat lovers add onions melt (aka: calzone) after we paid and picked it up, I had decided to order a 2nd order of regular breadstick with cheese for dipping. It was all ready fast. Now to the problem, we drove home, not close by either. Ready to eat only to find there was NO marinara sauce and NO meat at all in the meatlovers melt (aka: calzone) it only came with cheese and onions and 1 marinara packet which was meant for dipping. Plus, the 2nd order of breadsticks only came with 1 marinara packet and NO cheese for dipping that I specifically requested for twice. I didn't check before dropping my granddaughter off at her house if her personal pan cheese pizza and if she received her cheese we requested for twice was in her bag. This was what I considered well worthy of calling in the store with a complaint. GOOD LUCK GETTING TO TALK WITH ANYONE IN THAT STORE BY PHONE. I called multiple times. It's a call center!! I chose option 3 so many times it was worthless when no one answers. So, I chose option 2 only to be transferred to the store that doesn't answer their phones. So, I now decided to choose option 1 first couple times I'd get transferred but, finally I said DO NOT TRANSFER ME. That person finally understood me. I explained my frustration he said call that store, lol, really!!! I said I do, but get you guys. No one there ever answers their phone. I asked for his Mgr in the call center to see if he/she could take my concerns.
Well (reader) I was politely told he will turn in my complaint. I told him thank you, even if you're just saying it and no plans to do it. It shows me you care. I don't know if he cares. I choose to think positive.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND PIZZA HUT ON BOONVILLE/NEW HARMONY RD. In DARMSTADT, INDIANA.

Slow pick up I ordered and There was no-take out orders.There was no delivery orders and and it took 27 minutes to get my one.Pizza and bread sticks in the oven.There's another 15 to cook it.I waited forty minutes pizza and ten by six with no one else in

BEST experience ever! Great service, pizza was on point and dude even went out of the way to walk outside (we sat down to eat at the table ) and offer us some red pepper and Parmesan! God is good!
