Ordered food online and paid with Apple Pay. Ordered at 4:23 with estimated delivery 25-30 minutes, I wanted it later so set the time for 5:30. At 6:15 has still not been delivered. Called to cancel and worker was unable to figure out what needed done. Said he would have someone do it in morning. called next day spoke with GM Merena who stated she would refund. Several days later still nothing so called back spoke with Merena again, she stated that my number was in the system wrong and found my order and would issue a refund. A week later still nothing refund, called her back and she said my card stated it was locked. Said she called and left a message but I had no message on my phone. Now she states that they are unable to refund if I paid with Apple Pay and ai need to come in for a cash refund. I live almost 2 hours away and that isn’t happening. She states there is nothing more she can do. This place is ridiculous. Asked for owners info she would not provide it. Don’t order from here.

Worst wings I’ve ever received from anywhere. Customer service says to contact store. Store rang out until busy tone. Will not be returning. Would advise against going here unless you like wings that are closer to cold breading filled with cardboard as someone whispers about sauce in the other room. Sorry for ruining anyone’s appetite with the photo. I know it ruined mine.

Ordered the Ultimate pizza and loved it! The oven roasted peppers and the sweet marinara make a delicious combination. We had take out and were told how many minutes we would be waiting, we were a bit early, and the nice man was exactly right. We dined at the St. Joseph street location.

Tried to call 20 plus times last night because there deliver service for got a item called today and the lady on the phone was very RUDE and hung up on me made me want to go to prison lucky I got kids and I’m changed man if you can’t stand rude ppl please stand clear of this place sad to see that owners aloud employees to do what ever these days

Awesome service, I was waiting in my car because the personal pan would take 10 min and said I’d be right back. The nice lady brought it to my car and everything. Appreciate this service and quality of food was great!

Guy making pizza was wearing no gloves wiping his hands on his shirt..ordered pan pizza with double pepperoni well done..got hardly any pepperoni and it was under cooked. Horrible!
