Dont usually go to pizza hut but decided to this time. Wrong choice. Ordered a meal and it got delivered to the wrong address. Driver lied and said they knocked and phoned. I don't have a 317 or 812 area code and my phone never rang. Wanted my money back so I could get my dinner from somewhere else. They refused and offered a credit. Total waste of my time and total incompetence on their part. Go somewhere else or do carryout! Can't give 0 stars like they deserve!

Food was great but the delivery guys sucked.. I had to grab my own food out the bag guy was just on phone didn’t knock or do anything. I just happen to look out the door and he was just standing there. And I even gave a $10 tip on the app..

Delivery was pushed to Door Dash after order placed on pizzahut.com and selected pay with cash. Dasher shows up and has no change as is customary with the doordash service. Ended up having to give the dasher a $20 tip on a $19 dollar order becuase all I had were 20s and its not the dashers fault. Dasher did make a out of place joke about "no tip no door dash" when he showed up which made me feel ever super worse. Pizza Hut drivers always have change. Should not accept delivery orders or call the customer prior and ask if they have the exact cash for the order + tip becuase doordash will need to deliver. Called the store and the manager "Logan" was less then helpful and acted like it was a doordash problem and not a pizza hut problem and said to call doordash even though I would not have an order number in my dash pass account for them to even be able to do anything. Pizza hut passing the buck.

My father and I ordered a big box with wings. I asked them tor garlic sauce and they came plain. I paid extra for some garlic sauces. And they weren't in the boxes . So when I called to tell them about their mistakes, it was like they didn't care, and didn't try to help. I paid $30 for my order.

Arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready. Waited in the drive thru almost 10 mins with the alarm going off before anyone came to the window. People were lined up waiting inside with no employees in sight. I was told my pizza was still in the oven and it would be 5 more minutes. When I got my food, everything was cold. The pizza, the wings and the fries. They didn’t give me my drink. I stayed in the drive thru longer honking but no one would come back to the window. I didn’t go inside because all of the people waiting when I got there were still in line and had not been helped. Also, all of the “deals” they were advertising on their website said they were unavailable when I clicked on them. They were also out of personal pan pizzas. This is the 3rd time that has happened. So done with this place.

I have never had such a horrific experience in my life! I rarely order delivery but was tired tonight. Waited and hour and 15 minutes after being quoted 45. It then turned into a doordash delivery. It finally arrived, boy was that disappointing. The pizza was burt and only the middle had any toppings the corner pieces we toppingless and burt -not edible. The bread sticks were fine I guess. The cinnamon sticks didn't come with dip. Oh the $3 fries were the cherry on top. Either they shorted us or the doorfash driver got hungry. There were at max 15 fries that looked like they had sat for an hour. I attempted to reach the store 5 times , finally spoke to an order taker that supposedly sent my information to the store. It has been 45 minutes haven't heard a word. I would be appalled if I was the manager-much less the owner of this business. I cant even talk to someone to get my money back . Horrible business practices, horrible customer service and even worse food!

The food is fine with the taste. I asked to have it cut into squares and is usually wrong but that’s fine but seriously!?! It’s funny but come on now. That’s not ok. Someone put the wrong effort out there to do this.

Food is generally great from this location and service is usually decent. However this location seems to be on the decline. About a visit or two ago I was running late to get my order and almost an hour passed and I show up to get my order and was told it was cancelled. They remade it but still charged me…should’ve been free for the inconvenience of waiting for the remake. Fast forward to my most recent visit on Saturday October 12th. Another big let down! The online ordering on the app said that carry out was closed…I called to confirm if the store was open. The call center told me delivery was closed and so I asked about carry out and had to be transferred to the store. I was able to place a carry out order. I showed up to get it and pulled up to the drive up window and didn’t see anyone in the building initially. It wasn’t until a minute or two later before I was acknowledged. During that time I observed a truck parked in front of me in the drive through lane to watch the local fall festival event happening out front of this location on the street. The employee working the window had the decency to tell me I had to back out the drive thru lane in order to exit. Seriously! The drive thru lane is a very tight area at this location. I proceeded with backing out of there as I had no other choice, and did so successfully…but felt very unsafe having to maneuver my vehicle through a tight space. Management should’ve closed the drive-thru lane or closed shop altogether while the event out front of the restaurant was happening. I would highly doubt that Pizza Hut would want to claim liability on damaged cars that are forced to drive in reverse in their tight drive through lane to exit the store all at the fault of the employees not telling whoever owned the truck to move out of the drive thru lane. Fortunately my car wasn’t damaged…Probably going to consider going to one of the other Pizza Hut locations in my area next time…hopefully this one will improve…

They are taking online orders while closed and refusing to give refunds when they do not deliver. Their phones are off and you cannot get through except to place an Order with the Indian hotline off-site. This is a scam, this is fraud, this is theft!

They are literally closed right now while their status says they are open. They are taking people's money right now.

I placed a order on February 15th at 10:30 to be delivered. I live in Evansville, Indiana my son's in the ICU on the ventilator with a trach and he doesn't like me to leave him, That's why I had it delivered, I waited outside the hospital for 1 hour it was cold outside they never came or called me. So I called them the next day at 310 N St Joseph Ave Evansville Indiana I spoke with Chris and explained this all to him no empathy or nice to me what so ever. He said I never ordered my order and I explained to him they even took it off my debit card. He told me I would have to repay for it again to have it delivered again. I told him I absolutely would not I said I paid for it last night and never received it and I'm not paying for it again. He would not reimburse me at all. He said there was nothing he could do for me and said he was ending the call. He was very rude and didn't offer to help me at all. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will never go to that store again.

Ordered some pizza last night around 7pm, my app automatically does contactless which is no problem usually. Last night though it’s getting to be about 8pm and there was still no knock on the door and my app still says it’s out for delivery. Just to make sure I opened the door and there they were, sitting on the cold concrete. Y’all do know that we don’t know the food was placed outside unless you knock, right? Cold pizza for the win though I guess?
